A laboratory blood and urine panel in four tiers. The same eight-test core in every tier: kidney, liver, lipids, HbA1c, fasting glucose, urine FEME, blood count and uACR. One draw, one fast, one report.
Who may consider it
Adults wanting a baseline or an annual check.
What happens next
Message us with your town. We confirm your closest of 35 centres, its hours and a slot that fits the 8 to 12 hour fast. You attend, and a doctor walks you through the report.
What A Screening Panel Actually Reads
A screening panel reads the chemistry your organs leak into blood and urine, and flags anything outside its usual band. uACR catches early kidney stress a standard renal profile misses. Lipoprotein(a) is inherited, fixed for life and tested once. It is not a cancer test, and Essential and Plus carry no tumour marker at all.
In Every Tier
The Eight-Test Core Plus 3 Risk Indices
Identical in Essential, Plus, Advanced and Signature. One draw, one fast, one doctor review.
From RM126
Full Blood Count
Red cells, white cells and platelets.
Renal Profile
Urea, creatinine and electrolytes.
uACR
Urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio.
Liver Function Test
ALT, AST, ALP, bilirubin and proteins.
Lipid Studies
Total cholesterol, LDL, HDL and triglycerides.
HbA1c
Your average blood sugar across roughly three months.
Fasting Blood Sugar
Glucose after the fast, read together with HbA1c.
Urine FEME
Protein, blood, glucose, cells and crystals.
AIP, CRI-1, CRI-2
Three cardiovascular risk indices from your lipids.
Which Tier, And What Each One Adds
The core never changes. Moving up a tier buys breadth, not a different product, so nothing you paid for at a lower tier disappears at a higher one.

What this tier adds
Pick it if
Essential Tier 1
RM126
8 tests + 3 indices
The eight-test core: full blood count, renal profile, liver function, lipid studies, HbA1c, fasting blood sugar, urine FEME and uACR
You are under 35, have no family history, and want a first baseline you can measure against next year
Plus Tier 2
RM166
14 tests + 3 indices
Adds ABO blood group, rheumatoid factor, RPR syphilis, hepatitis B antigen, hepatitis B antibody and thyroid (TSH)
You want thyroid checked, you have never known your blood group, or fatigue is the reason you are booking
Advanced Tier 3
RM226
17 tests + 3 indices
Adds hepatitis A antibody, HIV and AFP. The blood count is upgraded to a full blood examination with ESR
You want HIV and hepatitis A status settled in the same draw as everything else
Signature Tier 4
RM308
19 tests + 3 indices
Adds high-sensitivity troponin T and Lipoprotein(a).
A parent or sibling had a heart attack or stroke before 60. Lipoprotein(a) is genetic and testing once is enough

Book A Tier If Any Of These Are True
You keep meaning to book a check-up but never do
It sits on the list for another year. Pick a tier, book once, and take it off your mind for good.
You only see a doctor once something already hurts
Most changes after 35 build quietly for years. A screening catches the picture while it is still early.
Cholesterol and blood sugar can climb without a single symptom
You feel fine right up until you do not. The numbers tell you long before your body does.
You are not sure which package you actually need
Four clear tiers, each building on the last. Start with the eight-test core or go all the way to Signature.
Your last company screening felt thin
A basic panel misses a lot. These tiers add kidney, thyroid, inflammation and cardiovascular markers.
You want a baseline you can measure against next year
One set of numbers now becomes the reference point for every check that follows. That is where control starts.
Not For You
If you currently have a symptom that worries you, see a doctor rather than booking a screening: a report in 5 to 7 working days is the wrong instrument for something happening now.
If you are looking for a cancer test, this is not one, and Essential and Plus contain no tumour marker at all.
If you need imaging, a pap smear, a mammogram or a bone density scan, none of those are in this panel.
How Your Screening Works
1
Message us
Tell us your town and which tier you want, or ask us to help you choose.
2
We confirm the centre
We name your closest of 35 centres, its hours, and a slot that fits the fast.
3
One draw
Blood and a urine sample cover every test in your tier. Under 15 minutes.
4
A doctor explains it
Report in 5 to 7 working days, then an e-consultation to walk through it.
Fast for 8 to 12 hours before your appointment. Plain water is fine throughout and you should keep drinking it. Bring a list of any medication and supplements you take, including anything over the counter, because several of them move these numbers.
Where You Get Tested
35 collection centres, every Malaysian state plus KL and Labuan. Same panel, same price everywhere. Tell us your town on WhatsApp and we name the closest before you pay.
Not sure which tier fits?
Most people are not choosing between four tiers, they are deciding whether to bother at all. Tell us your age, whether anyone in your family had heart trouble or diabetes early, and what made you look this up today. We will tell you which tier covers it and, just as often, which one you do not need. No booking required and nobody will chase you.
Collected at any of 35 partner centres nationwide, processed in one CAP-accredited laboratory operating to MS ISO 15189. Every report is read by a doctor registered with the Malaysian Medical Council before your e-consultation. Reference ranges are that laboratory’s, so results are only comparable within it.
Background Science
A 2022 European Atherosclerosis Society consensus statement in the European Heart Journal sets out the case for measuring Lipoprotein(a) at least once in adulthood, on the grounds that it is genetically determined and stable across a lifetime, so a single measurement is informative in a way repeat lipid panels are not (Kronenberg F, et al. Eur Heart J. 2022;43(39):3925 to 3946. doi.org/10.1093/eurheartj/ehac361). Broader cardiovascular risk assessment, including the role of kidney markers such as albumin-to-creatinine ratio, is covered in the 2023 European Society of Cardiology guidelines (Marx N, et al. Eur Heart J. 2023;44(39):4043 to 4140. doi.org/10.1093/eurheartj/ehad192).
Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in a health screening package?
Every tier includes the same eight-test core: full blood count, renal profile, liver function test, lipid studies, HbA1c, fasting blood sugar, urine FEME and uACR, plus three calculated cardiovascular risk indices. That is the RM126 Essential tier. Plus adds blood group, rheumatoid factor, syphilis, hepatitis B antigen and antibody, and thyroid (TSH). Advanced adds hepatitis A antibody, HIV and AFP. A doctor e-consultation is included with every tier.
How much does a health screening package cost in Malaysia?
Essential is RM126, Plus is RM166 and Advanced is RM226. Signature pricing is confirmed on enquiry. All prices are per person, include the doctor e-consultation, and there are no additional fees at the collection centre. Optional add-on tests are priced separately and are entirely optional.
What is the difference between the four tiers?
Each tier keeps the eight-test core and widens it. Plus adds six tests, mainly thyroid, blood group and hepatitis B status, for RM40 more. Advanced adds three more, closing the infectious panel with HIV and hepatitis A and introducing AFP. Signature adds high-sensitivity troponin T and Lipoprotein(a). The core never changes, so a higher tier is broader rather than better.
Do I need to fast before a health screening?
Yes. Fast for 8 to 12 hours before your appointment. Plain water is fine throughout and you should keep drinking it. Fasting matters for two of the eight core tests, fasting blood sugar and lipid studies, and a shorter fast makes both harder to interpret. Most people book a morning slot so the fast happens overnight.
Which health screening package should I choose?
If it has been more than a year, Essential at RM126 covers the eight tests that carry most of the early warning. Choose Plus if you want thyroid checked or have never known your blood group. Choose Advanced if you want HIV and hepatitis A status closed in the same draw. Choose Signature if a parent or sibling had a heart attack or stroke before 60, because it is the only tier carrying Lipoprotein(a).
What is uACR and why does it matter?
uACR is the urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio, and it is new to this range for 2026. It detects albumin leaking into urine, which is one of the earliest signs of kidney stress and can appear while a standard renal profile still reads completely normal. It is included from the RM126 Essential tier upward. It is measured from a urine sample, not an extra blood draw.
What is Lipoprotein(a) and who should test it?
Lipoprotein(a) is an inherited cholesterol particle that raises cardiovascular risk independently of your LDL. It is genetically determined and stable for life, so testing once is generally enough. A standard lipid panel can read normal in someone who carries a high level. Signature is the only tier that includes it. Consider it if heart disease or stroke appeared before 60 in a parent or sibling.
Can a health screening rule out cancer?
No. Essential and Plus contain no tumour marker at all. Advanced contains one, AFP. Tumour markers can be raised for benign reasons and can read normal in the presence of disease, so they are baseline readings interpreted in clinical context, never a cancer test. This panel also does not image an organ, read a heart rhythm or biopsy anything. If you have a symptom that worries you, see a doctor rather than booking a screening.
How long do health screening results take?
5 to 7 working days from the draw for the full report. Your doctor e-consultation is scheduled after the report is ready, so you are never left reading numbers alone. If any result needs urgent attention, we contact you rather than waiting for the scheduled call.
Where can I get a health screening done?
At any of 35 collection centres across all 13 Malaysian states plus Kuala Lumpur and Labuan, including Petaling Jaya, Klang, Cheras, Johor Bahru, George Town, Ipoh, Kuantan, Seremban, Melaka, Kota Bharu, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching. The panel, the price and the fast are identical everywhere. Tell us your town on WhatsApp and we confirm the closest centre and its hours before you pay.
Is the laboratory accredited?
Yes. Every sample is processed at a CAP-accredited laboratory operating to MS ISO 15189, the Malaysian standard for medical testing laboratories. Reports are reviewed by a licensed medical practitioner registered with the Malaysian Medical Council before your e-consultation.
Can I add extra tests to my package?
Yes, at checkout. Add-ons cover tumour markers, cardiometabolic tests such as Lipoprotein(a) and the apolipoproteins, infectious disease, endocrine tests including free T3 and free T4, and micronutrients. They are drawn from the same sample where possible, so adding one rarely means a second appointment. Our team can advise which are clinically and gender appropriate for your chosen tier.

Health Screening Packages
Four tiers from RM126 · 8 to 12 hour fast · Results in 5 to 7 working days · Doctor e-consultation included · 35 centres across all 13 states
These panels are designed to detect early signals and support preventive care, and a normal result does not rule out all disease. A licensed doctor reviews every report and will advise whether further investigation is needed. Screening is not a substitute for clinical assessment of an active symptom: if you are currently unwell, please see a doctor rather than waiting 5 to 7 working days for a screening result. This panel does not image an organ, read a heart rhythm or biopsy anything, and it does not replace a pap smear, mammogram, ultrasound or colonoscopy. Tumour markers can be raised for benign reasons and normal in the presence of disease, and are interpreted only in clinical context. Reference ranges and individual results vary. All samples are processed by a CAP-accredited laboratory operating to MS ISO 15189 in Malaysia. Please disclose all medication and supplements, existing medical conditions, pregnancy or possible pregnancy and recent illness before your appointment.
