The 15-test core is identical in all three profiles, so nothing you paid for in Essential disappears higher up. n/a means the marker does not apply to that sex, not that it was left out. Counts are tests, not reported values: several rows are multi-parameter panels, so Senior Essential still returns well over 60 numbers. AIP, CRI-1 and CRI-2 are calculated from the lipid results and cost nothing extra.
This is not a bone density test. Low bone density is diagnosed by a DEXA scan, which is a separate referral. This panel measures the chemistry around it, not the bone.
It does not assess cognition, balance, vision or hearing, and it does not image an organ.
How It Works
Collected at 35 partner centres nationwide and processed in one CAP-accredited laboratory operating to MS ISO 15189. Every report is read by a doctor registered with the Malaysian Medical Council before the e-consultation. Reference ranges are that laboratory’s, so results are only comparable within it.
Cardiovascular risk assessment in older adults, including the interaction between glucose control, lipids and kidney markers, is set out in the 2023 European Society of Cardiology guidelines on cardiovascular disease in patients with diabetes (Marx N, et al. Eur Heart J. 2023;44(39):4043 to 4140. doi.org/10.1093/eurheartj/ehad192). On inherited cardiovascular risk, a European Atherosclerosis Society consensus statement makes the case for measuring Lipoprotein(a) once in adulthood, and Lipoprotein(a) is not in any senior profile, which is why an older buyer whose real concern is inherited heart risk is better served by the Signature tier of the standard range (Kronenberg F, et al. Eur Heart J. 2022;43(39):3925 to 3946. doi.org/10.1093/eurheartj/ehac361). This section describes the science behind the markers and is not a statement about what any individual report will show.
Tell us their age, their medication list and what prompted you to look. Our care team will tell you which option fits, whether the extra RM60 is worth it in this case, and what the report will not answer. No obligation, and nobody will chase you.

Senior Longevity Health Screen
RM268 to RM328 per person · 8 to 12 hour fast · Results in 5 to 7 working days · Doctor e-consultation included · 35 centres across all 13 states
These profiles are designed to detect early signals and support preventive care, and a normal result does not rule out all disease. Screening is not a substitute for clinical assessment of an active symptom: if you are currently unwell, please see a doctor rather than waiting 5 to 7 working days for a screening result. This panel is not a bone density test and does not replace a DEXA scan, and it does not assess cognition, balance, vision or hearing. It does not image an organ, read a heart rhythm or biopsy anything. Tumour markers can be raised for benign reasons and normal in the presence of disease, and are interpreted only in clinical context. A licensed doctor reviews every report and will advise whether further investigation is needed. Reference ranges and individual results vary. All samples are processed by a CAP-accredited laboratory operating to MS ISO 15189 in Malaysia. Please disclose all medication and supplements, existing medical conditions and recent illness before your appointment.
