All 39 tests come from one blood draw and one urine sample, and every one is included in the price. Counts are tests, not reported values: several rows are multi-parameter panels, so the report runs to well over a hundred numbers. The five calculated indices add nothing to the draw and nothing to the price: AIP, CRI-1 and CRI-2 from the lipid results and FIB-4 from the liver results, plus one further calculated ratio. The men’s total health screen is priced separately at Men’s Total Health Screen.

Good To Know
Timing
Cycle timing changes what the hormones mean. If you still have periods, day 2 to 5 of the cycle is the standard window for FSH, LH and oestradiol. Tell us where you are and we will time the appointment, or book any day if your periods have stopped.
Fasting
8 to 12 hours. Plain water throughout, and keep drinking it.
Results
5 to 7 working days from the draw.
Doctor
An e-consultation on every result is included in the price.
Where
35 collection centres, every Malaysian state plus KL and Labuan.
Laboratory
CAP-accredited, operating to MS ISO 15189.
Not for you

This is not a pap smear, an HPV test or a mammogram. Those are separate examinations and this panel does not replace any of them.

It is not a pregnancy test and it is not antenatal care.

It is not the right instrument for an active symptom.

A doctor explains it
Report in 5 to 7 working days, then the e-consultation.
Source And Standards

Collected at 35 partner centres nationwide and processed in one CAP-accredited laboratory operating to MS ISO 15189. Every report is read by a doctor registered with the Malaysian Medical Council before the e-consultation. Reference ranges are that laboratory’s, so results are only comparable within it.

Background Science

Major oncology guidelines position cancer markers as validated for monitoring known disease and for risk assessment in defined high-risk groups, rather than as a general screen in people at average risk. On the cancer markers, CA 125 is the most studied: PLCO reported ovarian cancer mortality outcomes for annual CA 125 plus ultrasound screening in average-risk women (Buys SS, et al. JAMA. 2011;305(22):2295. doi.org/10.1001/jama.2011.766), and UKCTOCS reported long-term follow-up of a multimodal strategy (Menon U, et al. Lancet. 2021;397(10290):2182 to 2193. doi.org/10.1016/S0140-6736(21)00731-5). CA 15-3 is a monitoring marker rather than a screening test, and population breast screening rests on mammography (US Preventive Services Task Force. JAMA. 2024;331(22):1918. doi.org/10.1001/jama.2024.5534). This section describes the science behind the markers and is not a statement about what any individual report will show.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in a women health screening?
39 tests plus five calculated indices from one blood draw and one urine sample. The panel covers the hormonal axis, metabolic and lipid picture, liver, kidney, inflammation, the full infectious panel, iron and micronutrients, and seven cancer markers. A doctor e-consultation on the whole report is included in the RM910.
How much does a women health screening cost in Malaysia?
RM910 per person. That covers all 39 tests, the collection, the report and the doctor e-consultation. There is no additional fee at the collection centre and nothing in the panel is charged separately.
Is 39 tests actually worth RM910?
That works out at roughly RM23 per test with the consultation included. The honest answer is that it is worth it if you want the hormonal axis measured, because that is the part a RM126 screening leaves out entirely. If your question is only about cholesterol, kidneys and blood sugar, the cheaper panel answers it.
Do I need to fast beforehand?
Yes, 8 to 12 hours. Plain water is fine throughout and you should keep drinking it. Fasting matters for the lipid studies, fasting blood sugar and insulin. Most people book a morning slot so the fast happens overnight.
When should I book it?
Cycle timing changes what the hormones mean. If you still have periods, day 2 to 5 of the cycle is the standard window for FSH, LH and oestradiol. Tell us where you are and we will time the appointment, or book any day if your periods have stopped.
Can this rule out cancer?
No. The seven cancer markers here are baseline readings interpreted in clinical context, never a cancer test. They can be raised for benign reasons and read normal in the presence of disease. This panel does not image an organ or biopsy anything. If a symptom worries you, see a doctor rather than booking a screening.
How long do results take?
5 to 7 working days from the draw for the full report. The e-consultation is scheduled once the report is ready, so you are never left reading 39 numbers alone. If any result needs urgent attention we contact you rather than waiting for the scheduled call.
Where can I get a women health screening done?
At any of 35 collection centres across all 13 Malaysian states plus Kuala Lumpur and Labuan, including Petaling Jaya, Klang, Cheras, Johor Bahru, George Town, Ipoh, Kuantan, Seremban, Melaka, Kota Bharu, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching. All 39 tests are collected at every one of them for the same price.

This panel is designed to detect early signals and support preventive care, and a normal result does not rule out all disease. Screening is not a substitute for clinical assessment of an active symptom: if you are currently unwell, please see a doctor rather than waiting 5 to 7 working days for a result. This panel does not replace a pap smear, an HPV test or a mammogram, and CA 125 is not recommended as a standalone ovarian cancer screening test in women at average risk. It is not a pregnancy test. It does not image an organ, read a heart rhythm or biopsy anything. Tumour markers can be raised for benign reasons and normal in the presence of disease, and are interpreted only in clinical context. About one person in ten does not produce CA 19-9 for genetic reasons. A licensed doctor reviews every report and will advise whether further investigation is needed. Reference ranges and individual results vary, and marker assays are not directly comparable between laboratories. All samples are processed by a CAP-accredited laboratory operating to MS ISO 15189 in Malaysia. Please disclose all medication and supplements, existing medical conditions, pregnancy or possible pregnancy and recent illness before your appointment.
