Description
Allergy & Food Intolerance Testing

Food Intolerance Test The reaction that shows up two days later.

A food intolerance test looks for delayed sensitivities, the ones an allergy test will never catch. IgG antibody analysis from one blood sample, returning a named list of the foods your body is reacting to slowly. Choose 60 common foods or the full 200-plus profile. Doctor e-consultation included, results in 5 to 10 working days.

Sound Familiar
You Cannot Link It To A Meal
The bloating arrives, but not right after eating. Hours later. Sometimes the next day. By then you have eaten four other things, and the trail has gone cold. That delay is the entire problem, and it is exactly what IgG testing is looking for.
The Food Diary That Proved Nothing
Weeks of writing down every meal, and the pattern never appeared. It was never going to. You cannot spot a two-day delay by memory. A panel does in one draw what a notebook cannot do in a year.
Tired For No Reason You Can Name
Fatigue that has nothing to do with sleep. Headaches with no trigger. You have stopped mentioning it because there is nothing to point at. Delayed food sensitivities are one of the places worth looking.
Your Allergy Test Came Back Clear
Negative for everything, and yet something is clearly happening. That is not a contradiction. Allergy testing measures IgE and fast reactions. This measures IgG and slow ones. Different antibody, different question.
You Have Cut Out Half Your Diet
Dairy gone. Gluten gone. Then more. Your food has narrowed one guess at a time and you still are not better, because you were never sure what you were cutting for.
Told It Is Probably Just Stress
Maybe it is. But you have never actually checked the other thing, and you deserve to close the question properly rather than accept a shrug.
What You Get

01

A Named List, Not A Theory
Specific foods, identified by IgG antibody testing, in a laboratory report with your name on it. After months of guessing, the output is something you can actually read and take to a doctor.

IgG Antibody Testing

02

The Delayed Reactions You Cannot Track
IgG reactions are slow. Symptoms can appear hours or even days after you ate the food, which is precisely why no food diary ever cracks it. Bloating, fatigue, skin issues, headaches, joint pain. This is built for exactly that lag.

Hours To Days After Eating

03

Two Panels, Two Budgets
Core 60 covers 60 common foods and is where most people should start. Comprehensive covers over 200 across ten food groups for when you need everything on the table. Same method, different breadth.

60 Or 200+ Foods

04

Your Diet Back, Not Narrower
The point of a list is not to remove more food. It is to stop removing food blindly. Most people cutting out dairy and gluten on a hunch are avoiding things they never needed to avoid. A result tells you what to put back.

Stop Guessing

05

A Doctor Reads It With You
This matters more here than almost anywhere. IgG results need context, and a list on its own can be misread badly. Your booking includes a doctor e-consultation where a member of our medical team explains what your results do and do not mean, and what to do next.

E-Consult Included

Run Somewhere You Can Trust
Processed by a CAP-accredited, MS ISO 15189 partner laboratory, with results in 5 to 10 working days. You may change how you eat because of this, so where it was run is not a detail.

How Your Food Intolerance Testing Works

1
Pick Your Panel
Core 60 or Comprehensive. Not sure which? Message us on WhatsApp and we will talk it through before you pay.

2
We Confirm Everything
Our team contacts you, assigns your nearest collection point, and sends your appointment and preparation details in writing.

3
One Blood Sample
A single blood draw, minutes on the chair. Analysed for IgG antibodies by a CAP-accredited, MS ISO 15189 partner laboratory.

4
Results And E-Consult
Your report is back in 5 to 10 working days, and a doctor walks you through what it means before you change anything.
Keep eating normally in the run-up to your test. IgG testing looks for antibodies to foods you are actually eating, so cutting things out beforehand can work against you. Once your booking is confirmed our team contacts you directly with your collection point, your appointment time, and the full preparation details for your chosen panel. Booking a core screening in the same visit? Bundle pricing applies when a food intolerance panel is added to a core screening in the same booking, so tell our team and we will apply it. Important: IgG food intolerance testing is a screening tool, not a diagnostic test. Raised IgG can reflect normal exposure to foods you eat often rather than a problem, which is exactly why every result is reviewed with a doctor before you act on it. Never use these results to self-diagnose or to remove foods from a child’s diet without medical supervision.
Why ReserveDaily
Booked In Minutes
Order online or send one WhatsApp message. We handle the laboratory coordination, so you never chase anyone or explain your requirements twice.
Accredited Laboratory
Every panel runs at a CAP-accredited, MS ISO 15189 partner laboratory. You may change how you eat because of this result, so where it was run matters.
Never Just A PDF
Doctor e-consultation is included with both panels. IgG results are easy to misread on your own, and we are not in the business of emailing you a list and wishing you luck.
Collection Across Malaysia
Collection points across the Klang Valley and the rest of the country. Book first, and we assign you the one closest to where you actually are.
Bundle It With A Screening
Adding a food intolerance panel to a core screening package in the same booking gets you bundle pricing. Two answers, one appointment.
Talk To A Human First
There is a real gap between the two panels, and the bigger one is not automatically the right one. Message our team before you book. We would rather have the conversation than sell you the wrong panel.
Is This For You?
Who Should Consider Food Intolerance Testing

Anyone whose symptoms arrive too late to trace back to a meal. If your reaction is slow, digestive, and impossible to pin on anything, this is the test built for that shape of problem.

  • Recurring bloating, tummy pain or digestive discomfort

  • Unexplained fatigue, headaches or joint aches

  • Skin issues that flare with no obvious trigger

  • Anyone whose allergy test came back clear but symptoms continue

  • People stuck in an elimination diet with no clear answer

  • Anyone adding a food intolerance panel to a core health screening
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a food intolerance test and how does it work?

It is a blood test that measures IgG antibodies against a panel of foods. IgG-based immune reactions tend to be much slower than allergic ones: symptoms often appear a few hours after eating the food and can last for hours or days, which makes them almost impossible to trace yourself. From one blood sample, the laboratory returns a named list of the foods you show raised IgG against, and a doctor reviews it with you.
What is the difference between a food intolerance and a food allergy?

Different antibodies, different speeds, different tests. An allergy is an IgE reaction and tends to arrive fast, sometimes within minutes. An intolerance is associated with IgG and is delayed, with symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, headaches, skin issues or joint pain turning up hours or days later. If your reactions are fast, our allergy test profiles are the better fit. Slow and digestive, and you are in the right place.
Should I choose Core 60 or Comprehensive?

Core 60 is where most people should start. It covers the 60 foods that actually come up most often, with a strong weighting toward seafood, and it is the sensible first step. Comprehensive covers over 200 foods across ten groups, and its real advantage is depth in herbs, spices, fruit and vegetables. It costs considerably more, so choose it when you have a specific reason to go wide, not by default.
Should I stop eating certain foods before the test?

No. Keep eating normally. The test looks for antibodies to foods you are actually eating, so cutting things out beforehand can work against you. Our team confirms all preparation details when your booking is confirmed, so you will not be guessing.
Does a raised result mean I must stop eating that food?

No, and this is the single most important thing to understand about IgG testing. Raised IgG can simply reflect regular exposure to foods you eat often, rather than a problem with that food. A result is a starting point for a conversation, not an instruction to empty your kitchen. That is exactly why a doctor e-consultation is included, and why you should never act on the list alone.
How long do results take?

5 to 10 working days from collection, on both panels. Your doctor e-consultation is arranged once your report is ready.
Is a doctor consultation included in the price?

Yes, on both panels, at no extra charge. Given how easily an IgG list can be misread, we would not sell this test without it. The doctor explains what your results do and do not mean, and what a sensible next step looks like.
Can I book this together with a health screening package?

Yes, and it costs less that way. Bundle pricing applies when a food intolerance panel is added to any core screening in the same booking, and both run off the same appointment. Browse the options on our health screening packages page, then tell our team you want a panel added.

IgG food intolerance testing is a screening tool and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a test for food allergy. Results are not a diagnosis and must be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional alongside your symptoms and clinical history. A raised IgG result may reflect normal exposure to foods eaten regularly and does not by itself confirm an intolerance. Do not remove foods from your diet, or from a child’s diet, based on these results without consulting a qualified healthcare professional, as unsupervised dietary restriction carries nutritional risk. If you have ever experienced a severe or immediate reaction to a food, seek medical care and do not rely on this screening.
