Allergy & Food Intolerance Testing

Allergy Test Profiles Stop guessing which one it was.

An allergy test replaces the guesswork with a list. One blood sample, IgE antibody analysis, and a report naming the specific triggers your immune system is actually reacting to. Four panels to choose from, because a child, a local diet and a wide environmental sweep are not the same problem. Doctor e-consultation included with every booking.

Sound Familiar
The Elimination Diet That Never Ends
Cut the dairy. Then the wheat. Then the nuts. Weeks of it, and you still are not sure. You have been running an experiment with one participant and no control group. A panel ends it in one draw.
Your Child Reacted, And Nobody Knows To What
The rash came, the swelling came, and the only advice you got was to avoid everything and hope. That is not a plan. A paediatric panel gives you names instead of a blanket ban on food.
The Sneezing That Never Really Stops
Every morning, same thing. You have blamed the aircon, the pillow, the neighbour’s cat, the weather. Inhalant allergens are on these panels, so you can stop blaming and start knowing.
Skin That Flares Without Warning
Itching, redness, rashes that show up and leave on their own schedule. You have tried creams. What you have never had is a list of what your immune system is responding to.
Eating Out Has Become Stressful
Every menu is a risk assessment. Every dish is a question you cannot answer. Knowing your actual triggers gives you back the thing you lost, which is the ability to relax at a table.
Advice Built For Someone Else’s Country
Most allergy panels are built around birch pollen and temperate grasses. You live in the tropics, you eat local seafood and tropical fruit, and your dust mites are not theirs. One of these panels was built here.
What You Get

01

Named Triggers, Not Theories
The output of this is a list. Specific allergens, identified by IgE antibody testing, written down in a laboratory report with your name on it. Not a hunch, not an elimination diet, not a theory you have been carrying for two years.

IgE Blood Testing

02

A Panel That Matches Your Actual Question
Four panels, four different jobs. A wide environmental sweep, a focused profile, a locally built panel, and a child-appropriate one. You are not paying for 107 allergens when your question is about your two-year-old.

4 Panels Available

03

Coverage Beyond Just Food
Allergy is rarely only about what you eat. These panels cover inhalant allergens such as dust mites, pollen and animal dander, food allergens including shellfish, nuts, dairy and wheat, and environmental triggers. The whole picture, not one slice of it.

Food + Inhalant + Environmental

04

Something Safe For The Children
The Paediatric panel is 27 age-appropriate allergens, suitable from age two onwards. Milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, dust mites, dog and cat dander. The things that actually come up, without testing a child for things that will not.

Suitable From Age 2

05

A Doctor Reads It With You
This is where a list becomes a plan. Every booking includes a doctor e-consultation at no extra charge. A member of our medical team goes through your results, explains what each finding means for your daily life, and tells you what to do next.

E-Consult Included

06

A Result You Can Act On
Processed by a CAP-accredited, MS ISO 15189 partner laboratory, with results back in 5 to 10 working days. When you are about to rebuild your diet or your home around a result, the laboratory behind it is not a detail.

Choose Your Panel
Four Allergy Panels, Four Different Jobs
These are not tiers. Pick the one that matches your question, not the biggest number.

RM390 to RM625

Comprehensive, 107 Allergens
The widest sweep we offer. Animals, foods, grains, grasses, indoor triggers, inhalants, latex, moulds, nuts, pets and pollens, plus markers. Choose this when you have no idea where to start and you want the net cast as wide as it goes.
Advanced, 54 Allergens
A focused profile weighted toward foods and inhalants. Fewer allergens than the Comprehensive panel and priced higher, because it is a different assay rather than a smaller version of the same one. Choose it on clinical advice, not on count.
Malaysian Panel, 36 Allergens
Curated for the Malaysian diet and environment. Local seafood, tropical fruits, spices, the dust mites that actually thrive in tropical climates, and common Southeast Asian food allergens. Best value for local clients, and the sensible place to start.
Paediatric, 27 Allergens
Age-appropriate allergen selection, suitable from age two onwards. Milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, dust mites, dog and cat dander. Built around what actually presents in children rather than scaled down from an adult panel.
Panel Pricing At A Glance
Comprehensive

AL7

107 allergens
RM580
The widest net we offer, across animals, foods, grains, grasses, moulds, nuts, pets and pollens. Best when you have symptoms but no theory about the cause, and you would rather rule everything in or out at once than test twice.
Advanced

A54

54 allergens
RM625
A focused profile weighted toward foods and inhalants, priced higher than Comprehensive because it is a different assay, not a cut-down version. Usually chosen when a doctor has already pointed you toward specific suspects.
Malaysian Panel Most Popular

MAP

36 allergens, locally relevant
RM410
Curated for the Malaysian diet and environment: local seafood, tropical fruits, spices, and the dust mites that actually thrive here. The best value of the four and the sensible starting point for most local clients.
Paediatric

P27

27 allergens, child-appropriate
RM390
Suitable from age two, covering the allergens that actually present in children: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, dust mites, and pet dander. Done from a single blood draw, so there is no skin prick and no need to stop antihistamines first.

All prices are per person and include your doctor e-consultation. Adding a panel to a core screening package in the same booking qualifies for bundle pricing, so tell our team and we will apply it.

How Your Allergy Testing Works

1
Pick Your Panel
Choose one of the four above. Not sure? Message us on WhatsApp and we will talk it through before you pay.

2
We Confirm Everything
Our team contacts you, assigns your nearest collection point, and sends your appointment and preparation details in writing.

3
One Blood Sample
A single blood draw, minutes on the chair. Your panel is analysed by a CAP-accredited, MS ISO 15189 partner laboratory.

4
Results And E-Consult
Your report is back in 5 to 10 working days, and a doctor walks you through every finding and what to do about it.
Once your booking is confirmed, our team contacts you directly with your collection point, your appointment time, and the full preparation details for your chosen panel, so you arrive knowing exactly what to do. Booking a core screening package in the same visit? Allergy panels are available at bundle pricing when added to a core screening in the same booking, so tell our team and we will apply it. Allergy testing is a screening tool and not a diagnosis on its own. Results are interpreted alongside your symptoms and history by a doctor, a positive finding does not always mean a clinical allergy, and a negative result does not rule out a reaction to something outside the panel you chose.

Four panels is a real choice, and the biggest number is not always the right one. Message our team before you book. We would rather have the conversation than sell you the wrong panel.
Is This For You?
Who Should Consider Allergy Testing

Anyone living with a reaction they cannot name. If you have been managing symptoms by guessing and avoiding, this is the step that replaces the guessing with a list.

  • Anyone with recurring rashes, itching, redness or swelling

  • Persistent sneezing, runny nose or cough with no clear cause

  • Parents of children aged 2 and above who have reacted to a food

  • Anyone stuck in an elimination diet with no clear answer

  • People reacting to something in their home or workplace environment

  • Anyone adding an allergy panel to a core health screening booking
Frequently Asked Questions
What is an allergy test and how does it work?

It is a blood test that measures IgE antibodies, the ones involved in true allergic reactions. From one sample, the laboratory identifies which specific allergens your immune system is producing antibodies against, and returns a named list rather than a general impression. We offer four panels covering food allergens, inhalant allergens such as dust mites, pollen and animal dander, and environmental triggers.
Which of the four panels should I choose?

If you are unsure where to start, the Malaysian Panel is built for the local diet and environment and is the best value for local clients. For children aged two and above, choose Paediatric. If you want the widest possible sweep, choose Comprehensive at 107 allergens. Advanced is a focused profile usually chosen on clinical advice. Still not sure? Message our team on WhatsApp before you book.
Why does the 54-allergen panel cost more than the 107-allergen one?

Because these are four different panels, not four sizes of the same one. Advanced is a different assay with a different cost to run, not a cut-down version of Comprehensive. Choose your panel on what you actually need it to answer, never on the allergen count.
Is this a blood test or a skin prick test?

A blood test. One sample, taken at your assigned collection point, analysed for IgE antibodies. No scratching, no pricking the skin, and no need to stop antihistamines for a skin reaction to work. Particularly relevant if you are booking for a child.
How long do results take?

5 to 10 working days from collection. Your doctor e-consultation is arranged once your report is ready, so you are never left staring at a result you cannot interpret.
Is a doctor consultation included in the price?

Yes, with every booking and on every panel, at no extra charge. The doctor goes through your results, explains what each finding means in practice, and tells you what to do next. It is the difference between having a list and having a plan.
Can I book this together with a health screening package?

Yes, and it costs less that way. Bundle pricing applies when an allergy panel is added to any core screening in the same booking, and both run off the same appointment. Browse the options on our health screening packages page, then tell our team you want a panel added.
What is the difference between an allergy and a food intolerance?

An allergy is an immune reaction driven by IgE antibodies, and symptoms tend to arrive quickly. A food intolerance is a delayed sensitivity associated with IgG antibodies, where symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, headaches, skin issues or joint pain can appear hours or even days after eating. They are different tests answering different questions. If your symptoms are mainly digestive and slow to appear, our food intolerance test is likely the better fit.

Allergy testing is a screening tool and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results are not a diagnosis on their own and must be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional alongside your symptoms and clinical history. A positive result does not always indicate a clinical allergy, and a result within range does not rule out a reaction to allergens outside the panel selected. Do not start, stop, or change any diet, medication, or avoidance measure based on these results without consulting a qualified healthcare professional. If you have ever experienced a severe allergic reaction, seek medical care immediately and do not rely on screening results.
