What is this hydrating serum, in one line?

A lightweight hydrating serum with a stated 30 billion exosome particles per 30ml bottle, plus Japanese QP Hyaluronic Acid and okra polysaccharides. It goes on before your moisturiser and its job is hydration: skin that feels comfortable rather than tight, and looks plumper and more even. RM499.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes for most people. It is a water-based cosmetic serum with no acids, no retinoids and no fragrance-led actives, which is what usually causes trouble on reactive skin. Patch test before first use as you would with anything new. If a doctor has diagnosed a skin condition, or you are pregnant or recovering from a procedure, ask them first.

Does it boost collagen?

What you will actually see is hydration. Well-hydrated skin looks plumper and smoother, and that shows within days.

Is RM499 for 30ml worth it?

RM16.63 per ml, which is the premium bracket. A few drops covers the face, so a bottle runs a long course at twice daily use. It earns it if dehydration is what your skin is dealing with. If your skin stings and reacts rather than feeling thirsty, the ExoCream is the better spend and we will say so if you ask.

Serum or cream, or both?

Thirsty skin, take the serum. Touchy skin that stings or looks red, take the cream. Both, take the set at RM949 instead of RM1,048. If you are unsure, message us with what your skin does through the day and we will tell you which one, including when the answer is only one.

What does 30 billion particles mean?

It is the stated count in each bottle. Most exosome skincare says “exosome-infused” and gives you no number, so two products cannot be compared. A stated count can be compared and held against a competitor. It does not on its own prove a result.
