Terms & Conditions
- The ticket is valid only on the selected date (and time if applicable).
- Kindly check the latest general advisory for visitors issued by Singapore Tourism Board prior to your visit. You can refer to the latest advisory HERE.
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents and Children 6 years and below (any nationality) enjoy free admission.
- Concession rates are valid for Students/Senior (60 and above).
- Child, Seniors, and student tickets have the same price.
- Students and Seniors(60 years old and above), Please present your ID for verification.
- Valid proof of identity (eg. passport, school pass) must be presented at the Visitor Services counter to enjoy concession admission.
- Ticket rates include admission to all permanent galleries as well as both special exhibitions.
- Visitors are advised to collect the admission stickers at the visitor service counter at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time slot or during the time slot itself.
- The museum is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available throughout the building to facilitate.
- Consumption of food and beverages may be prohibited in certain exhibition spaces to prevent damage to artifacts and maintain cleanliness.
- To ensure the preservation of delicate artifacts and artworks, touching is generally not allowed unless specified otherwise by interactive exhibits
- With the exception of service animals, pets are generally not permitted inside the museum premises.
