What Is Sea Buckthorn?
Sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides), also called seaberry or buah beri buckthorn in Bahasa Malaysia, is a bright orange berry native to the highlands of Central Asia. It has been recorded in Ayurvedic and Tibetan texts for centuries and is unusual among fruits for the composition of its oil.
