5. Product Orders Once an order for physical or digital products is placed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted unless the product is unavailable or defective. Any disputes regarding product-related issues must be addressed with Reservedaily.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
6. Misuse & Fraudulent Activities Reservedaily.com reserves the right to cancel any booking or purchase without refund if misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform is detected. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Ticket is valid until 30th of June 2024 (30/6/2024).
- Ticket redemption: present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket.
- Adult prices are from ages of 13 to 59 years old
- Child prices are from ages of 4 to 12 years old
- Senior prices are from ages of 59 to 100 years old
- Kindly note that no outside Food & Beverages are allowed in any of our attractions.
- Zoo Melaka will not be held responsible for failure to execute obligations specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of statutes of the Malaysian Government, strikes, riots and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of Zoo Melaka
