5. Product Orders Once an order for physical or digital products is placed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted unless the product is unavailable or defective. Any disputes regarding product-related issues must be addressed with Reservedaily.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

6. Misuse & Fraudulent Activities Reservedaily.com reserves the right to cancel any booking or purchase without refund if misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform is detected. This includes, but is not limited to:

Multiple last-minute cancellations that indicate misuse of the booking system.
Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback abuse.
Providing false or misleading information to secure bookings or discounts.
Reselling or unauthorized transfers of bookings or products.

Any users found violating these terms may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned from using Reservedaily.com services.

This voucher is only valid on the date and time indicated above.
This voucher cannot be used to redeem Night Luge tickets (Fridays & Saturdays, 7pm – 9.30pm).
Guests who have purchased their tickets from an online ticketing platform can only redeem this voucher at Skyline Luge Singapore 24 hours after purchase.
This voucher is valid for 1 person only; rides cannot be shared among guests.
For any requests to amend the date and time of voucher redemption, kindly contact your travel agent.
Children below the age of 6, or below 110cm in height, must ride in tandem with a responsible adult. Please purchase a CHILD DOUBLING ticket at Skyline Luge Singapore’s ticketing counters.
Children must be 6 years of age and above, and 110cm and taller to ride the Luge alone.
Children must be 85cm and above in height to ride the Skyride with an adult, and 135cm and above in height to ride the Skyride alone.
Pregnant women are discouraged from riding the Luge and Skyride.
Guests who have a medical condition that make it more likely to sustain an injury, are discouraged from riding the Luge and Skyride.
Weather: Operations will temporarily stop in the event of thunder and lightning.
Weather: Our Luge and Skyride operate as normal in a slight drizzle and will only stop in the event that heavy rain would impact your safety.
Age and height restrictions (Skyride): Min. height 85cm to ride with an adult / Min. height 135cm to ride alone.
Age and height restrictions (Luge): Must be 6 years old and 110cm or taller to ride Luge alone / Children under 6 years old can ride tandem with an adult.
Dresscode: There is no strict attire or dress code but it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and covered toe shoes.
Accessibility: Skyline Luge is not wheelchair accessible. It is also not suitable for people with physical disabilities or bad knees as the tracks go downhill.
