Any cancellations received upon confirmation by email, shall not be entitled to any refunds provided. Please note that all booking(s) are Non-Refundable upon confirmation of payment. If you fail to arrive or cancel the booking, no refund will be given, however, you may choose to transfer to another party. Failure to arrive at your venue/hotel/activity/tour will be deemed as a no-show and there shall not be any refunds being provided unless specified in the confirmation email.
