Revised route to SkyPark Observation Deck
- From Bayfront MRT, kindly exit B & take the escalator on the left to ground level 1.
- From ground level 1, turn right and walk along the outer side of the hotel from tower 1 to tower 3 – SkyPark Observation Deck.
In case of rain, guests will need access to the Observation Deck via the following route
- From Bayfront MRT, kindly exit C to Mall B2M
- Proceed to the end of the mall B2M (HUGO BOSS)
- From HUGO BOSS, take the escalator on the right to Tower 3 – SkyPark Observation Deck.

- Peak: 5.00 pm to 10.00 pm (Last Entry at 9.30 pm)

Important Notes
- Permanent change to the access point for the SkyPark Observation Deck at Marina Bay Sands. Effective immediately, all guests will need to use the outer side of Hotel Towers 1, 2, and 3 to reach the Observation Deck entrance.
- SkyPark Observation Deck’s Management reserves the right to reject entry for guests who visit after 4 PM.

5. Product Orders Once an order for physical or digital products is placed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted unless the product is unavailable or defective. Any disputes regarding product-related issues must be addressed with Reservedaily.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
6. Misuse & Fraudulent Activities Reservedaily.com reserves the right to cancel any booking or purchase without refund if misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform is detected. This includes, but is not limited to:

Multiple last-minute cancellations that indicate misuse of the booking system.

Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback abuse.

Any users found violating these terms may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned from using Reservedaily.com services.
7. Identity Verification Reservedaily.com reserves the right to request valid documentation to verify a customer’s identity. Failure to provide the requested identification may result in the cancellation of the booking or purchase without eligibility for a refund. This policy is in place to protect against fraudulent activities and ensure the security of all transactions on our platform.

Terms & Conditions
- The ticket is valid only on the selected date (and time if applicable).
- Concession tickets are applicable for Senior Citizens above 65 years old, students, children aged 2-12 years old, Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and NSF.
- Adult rate applies to guests aged between 13-64 years old.
- Only children below 2 years of age may enter without a ticket.
- Throwing any item over the edge of the SkyPark Observation Deck is strictly prohibited.
- Any guest found contravening this condition will be subject to immediate removal from the premises and may be handed over to the Police.
- Guests are not permitted to take luggage up to the SkyPark Observation Deck.
- Luggage may be checked with the Guest Services Desk located at the Porte Cochere of Tower 3. Checked luggage will be subject to physical or electronic security screening.
- Guests who do not abide by the above rules may be denied entry to or escorted out of the premises.
- Whenever a guest is not permitted to enter the premises or when a guest is escorted out for any reason stated in these conditions, no refund will be paid in respect of the ticket.
- Entry to the SkyPark Observation Deck is subject to availability - wait time to enter will be based upon Observation Deck capacity.
- Tickets are for single entry only.
- Everyone else must have a ticket for admittance.
- Loitering on the SkyPark Observation Deck is not permitted. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to both the Conditions of Entry of Marina Bay Sands and of the seller.
- For digital photo inclusion, have your photo taken by one of the professional photographers on site. The photographer will give you a Photo Claim Card. Go to the website that is listed on the Claim Card and enter the necessary information. Remember to claim your photos as soon as possible. Photos only remain on the site for a short time.

- Weather: Sands SkyPark is an unsheltered area and subject to inclement weather. Should extreme rain or lightning occur, Sands SkyPark may be closed temporarily for the safety of guests.
- Restrictions: All guests may be subject to a search, including bags, clothes and other possessions, when entering SkyPark Observation Deck.
- Dresscode: Casual wear recommended. Guests must wear footwear. Going barefoot is not permitted.
