Terms & Conditions

• The ticket is valid only on the selected date (and time if applicable).
• Concession tickets are applicable for Senior Citizens above 65 years old, students, children aged 2-12 years old, Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and NSF.
• Adult rate applies to guests aged between 13-64 years old.
• Only children below 2 years of age may enter without a ticket.
• Admission time is strictly observed. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until suitable availability at the Museum’s discretion.
• The operator request that visitors switch their mobile phones to silent mode before entering the Museum.
• All visitors may be subject to a search, including bags, clothes, and other possessions whilst at Marina Bay Sands (including the Museum). Visitors who do not agree to be searched may be denied entry or escorted off the property.
• Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd shall not be responsible or liable in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any claims, expenses, damage and losses, which arise out of or in connection with your visit to the Museum. Nothing in this paragraph excludes the liability of Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd‘s negligence to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by statute.
• We are dedicated to provide you with our best service and care. We seek your cooperation in the Mutual Respect.
• This is a place of fun and respect for staffs and visitors. Bully or any threat of violence will not be tolerated.
• Be aware that our staffs are also human beings and amenable to mistakes. Treat our staffs with respect as how you wish to be treated.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue.
• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification.
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given.
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member.
• Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue.
• Luggage and/or large bags are not allowed inside the venue. You may drop off your bags at reception before entering.
• Restrictions: Guests must be at least 1.20m in order to enjoy artwork Aerial Climbing Through A Flock of Colored Birds. Guests are required to wear covered shoes at all times and not permitted to wear flip flops or high heels.
• Accessibility: A designated parking area for strollers is available near the exhibition entrance. Strollers are not permitted inside Future World: Where Art Meets Science due to space constraints and for safety reasons.
