Reservedaily.com is not liable for any failure to attend or utilize the purchased service or product, and no refunds will be provided for missed, expired, or unutilized bookings.
5. Product Orders Once an order for physical or digital products is placed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted unless the product is unavailable or defective. Any disputes regarding product-related issues must be addressed with Reservedaily.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
6. Misuse & Fraudulent Activities Reservedaily.com reserves the right to cancel any booking or purchase without refund if misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform is detected. This includes, but is not limited to:

Multiple last-minute cancellations that indicate misuse of the booking system.

Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback abuse.

Providing false or misleading information to secure bookings or discounts.

Reselling or unauthorized transfers of bookings or products.
Any users found violating these terms may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned from using Reservedaily.com services.
7. Identity Verification Reservedaily.com reserves the right to request valid documentation to verify a customer’s identity. Failure to provide the requested identification may result in the cancellation of the booking or purchase without eligibility for a refund. This policy is in place to protect against fraudulent activities and ensure the security of all transactions on our platform.

What to Expect:Â
- Activities (Themes): Mystical Dance Academy at The Curve or in a Haunted Hotel at The LINC KL
- The whole experience will be conducted in English.
- The entire experience will take about 60 minutes including a safety briefing, storyline briefing, gameplay and debriefing after the experience.
- Do arrive 5 minutes early for verification, safety briefing & story briefing. We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or cancel your booking in case of any late arrival.
- There will be school-sized lockers for you to keep your belongings, however, we advise you to travel light. The locker keys will be handed to you to hold till the end.
Important things to note:Â
- The ticket is valid only on the date selected while booking made.

The minimum age to enter without adult supervision is 15 years old. Children 7 and under are strictly not allowed to enter.

The experience may not be suitable for young persons between the ages of 8 - 14, but we do have some who enjoyed the experience. They will need to be accompanied by an adult if they are required to participate. You shall comply with all instructions as may be given by Hauntu from time to time and observe all signs and warnings displayed at Hauntu Premises.

Hauntu prohibits the use of drugs and alcohol in the Hauntu Premises and has the right to refuse you entry to Hauntu Premises if Hauntu has reason to believe that you are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

If customers are late, they will be denied entry. Rescheduling to the next session is subject to available slots on the day itself.

If customers arrive with fewer participants than the purchase amount, no refund will be available.

Additional players will be charged accordingly.
- Available timeslots: 14:30, 15:10, 15:30, 16:10, 16:30, 5:10, 17:30, 19:30, 20:10, 20:30, 21:10, 21:30 (Daily).
- Due to limited capacity and no time slot reservation guarantees for third parties, it is strongly recommended to make your own reservation directly via call or WhatsApp at +6011-1689199 (The LINC KL) and +6010-9513628 (The Curve) to easily confirm and secure your preferred time slot within 90 days after ticket purchase (If your preferred timeslot is fully booked, the staff will recommend an alternative timeslot).

Every session is for min of 1-10 players, if you have less than 10 players, you are potentially to be grouped with strangers in the experience. Re-entry is not allowed.
