Read the numbers before you read the conclusions. The pulmonary fibrosis study was Phase I with 24 participants. The asthma and COPD paper is a retrospective case series of three people with no control group. Both sets of authors say larger controlled studies are needed.

The third paper is the one worth knowing about. Across 66 registered trials, 92 per cent are still preclinical or early phase, and the effective dose window looks narrow and route-dependent rather than “more is better”. That is the honest state of this field, and it is why we describe this as wellness support and nothing more.

Does this help during haze?

Haze season is one of the busiest times for this product. It is offered as general respiratory wellness support during poor air quality, not as protection from haze itself, so keep doing the things that cut your exposure: indoors when the reading is bad, a decent air purifier, an N95 outside. This sits alongside those.

I have been ill and my chest still does not feel right. Is this for that?

This is what most people buy it for: general support once the illness itself is behind them, whether that was flu, covid or a chest infection. One thing worth saying plainly. If your chest still feels wrong more than two or three weeks on, get that looked at before you spend anything here.

I catch everything going around. Will this help?

People in crowds, aircon and airports all week are a large part of who buys this, and it is offered as general wellness support rather than as protection from anything. If you are falling sick unusually often, a blood panel is worth more than a purchase. Sleep, iron and thyroid explain most of those cases.

Can this replace my inhaler or prescribed medication?

No, and please do not treat it as though it can. This is wellness support, not treatment for any condition. Anything prescribed stays exactly as your doctor set it. Ask them before adding this alongside.

Does it clean or detox my lungs?

No. Lungs are not a filter you rinse, and “lung detox” is a marketing phrase rather than a physiological event. If you smoke, stopping does more than anything sold in a box. We would rather say that than take the sale on a false idea.

I have asthma. Can I use this?

Ask the doctor who manages your asthma before you buy, not after. We are not in a position to clear anyone for inhaling anything, and a diagnosed airway condition is exactly where the person who knows your history should decide.

Do I need to buy the nebulizer too?

Only if you do not have one. Any standard mesh nebulizer runs this. Ours is RM180 for convenience, not because it is required. If you already own a working unit, skip the add-on and clean it properly.

Why two vials rather than one?

Two sessions is how this route is normally used, and it fits the seven day window once thawed. You cannot buy a single vial for this route, because a part-used or refrozen vial is not something we will supply.

What happens if it arrives thawed?

Do not use it. Message us and we will replace the set. The vials ship frozen and once thawed there is a seven day window. A vial that thawed in transit has already spent an unknown part of it.

Why is it RM1,650 for two vials?

The vials are almost the entire cost. They ship frozen, have a short life once thawed, and are bought in limited quantity. There is no cheaper version we are holding back, and the RM180 nebulizer is a convenience item rather than a margin item.

How is this different from the IV drip?

Route, not strength. The IV distributes across every tissue at once, which is why it carries more volume. Inhaled lands on the airway lining directly. Higher is not automatically better, it is a different job. Same concentrate, different address.
