Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to ReserveDaily! 

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Acomogo Travel Tech Sdn. Bhd. (1522856-U, 202301028933, KPK/LN: 11410) for Tourism, Leisure & Activities, Reservewell Sdn. Bhd. (1618587-P, 202501017173) for Health & Wellness, and Daily Group Sdn. Bhd. (1479044-P, 202201033347), companies incorporated in Malaysia, along with their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, and agents (collectively referred to as “ReserveDaily”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ReserveDaily ecosystem, including but not limited to the reservedaily.com e-commerce platform, the ReserveDaily App, any affiliated websites, digital channels, physical wellness outlets, and all related technologies, booking systems, content, or services provided under the ReserveDaily brand (collectively, the “Platform”) and all services, packages, or products offered by ReserveDaily or made available through third-party service providers (“Operators” or “Merchants”). By accessing or using the ReserveDaily Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform or making any bookings/purchases. 

  1. General Agreement
  • The ReserveDaily Platform, including the website reservedaily.com, the ReserveDaily App, and related digital channels, is operated by Acomogo Travel Tech Sdn. Bhd. (for Tourism, Leisure & Activities), Reservewell Sdn. Bhd. (for Health & Wellness), and Daily Group Sdn. Bhd.. These Terms apply to the use of the ReserveDaily Platform and all services, packages, products, or listings offered by ReserveDaily or its Operators. 
  • The term “you” refers to the individual or entity accessing the ReserveDaily Platform or making purchases through the Platform. 
  • ReserveDaily is an online marketplace and e-commerce platform that connects Users with independent third-party healthcare providers, wellness centers, clinics, and practitioners (“Merchants” or “Operators”) for booking services, sells wellness and health products, and facilitates third-party Merchant product sales through the Platform. 
  1. Modifications to the Terms
  • ReserveDaily reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform, with the most recent revision date indicated at the top of this page. 
  • Your continued use of the ReserveDaily Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and its services. 
  • You may also be subject to additional terms, conditions, and policies related to specific services, such as privacy policies, Merchant Agreements, or terms for tools and services provided by ReserveDaily or its third-party partners. 
  1. Use of the Platform

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and solely for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from: 

  • Engaging in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Platform. 
  • Impersonating another person or entity or falsifying your affiliation with any person or entity. 
  • Using automated software or processes to “scrape” or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform. 
  • Harvesting or collecting data from other Users without consent. 
  • Reselling ReserveDaily products or services without authorization. 
  1. Access and Use of Services

4.1 Ownership of Content 

The ReserveDaily Platform, including its domain name www.reservedaily.com, the ReserveDaily App, subdomains, features, content, and mobile-friendly access, is owned and operated by the ReserveDaily Platform. All materials displayed on the Platform, such as text, data, graphics, photos, illustrations, videos, trademarks, logos, and other content (“Content”), are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from ReserveDaily. 

4.2 Provision and Accessibility of Services 

  • ReserveDaily may offer services directly or through third-party Operators, as described on the Platform. The services you select are for personal use and not for resale or commercial distribution. 
  • ReserveDaily does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the services. We may suspend, alter, or discontinue any feature, content, service, or product without prior notice. 
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you and anyone using the services via your account comply with these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations. 

4.3 Use of Content 

  • All materials displayed on the ReserveDaily Platform are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or exploit any part of the Platform or its Content without prior written consent from the ReserveDaily Platform. 
  • You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Platform, Content, or services without express written consent from the ReserveDaily Platform or the relevant intellectual property holders. 

4.4 User-Generated Content 

  • ReserveDaily does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of any user-generated content and is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from interactions with other users or third-party Operators. 

4.5 No Medical Advice 

  • All information available on the Platform — including service descriptions, product information, articles, recommendations, and AI-generated reports (such as Vital AI) — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 
  • Vital AI is ReserveDaily’s proprietary AI health analysis tool. When you upload your blood test or screening results, it interprets your biomarkers and recommends wellness programs or supplements. Vital AI uses clinically validated data and algorithms reviewed by medical professionals. It is designed to assist, not replace, medical judgment. 
  • You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before starting any new treatment, supplement regimen, or wellness program. 

4.6 Independent Merchant Responsibility 

  • Each Merchant listed on ReserveDaily is responsible for: 
  • Holding valid licenses or certifications for their professional practice. 
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information and service descriptions. 
  • Conducting treatments and consultations in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. 
  • Obtaining informed consent from clients. 
  • All healthcare and wellness providers undergo license verification, background checks, and service audits before listing. 
  • ReserveDaily does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any Merchant’s professional background, medical qualifications, treatment efficacy, or the safety of their facilities. 

4.7 No Guarantee of Results 

  • All services and products offered through the Platform are subject to individual response and variability. 
  • ReserveDaily makes no warranty or representation regarding the outcome, success, or effectiveness of any service or product. Results may vary from person to person, and no recovery, cure, or improvement is guaranteed. 
  1. Liability and Disclaimers

5.1 No Warranty on Services 

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, ReserveDaily does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of the services and is not liable for any interruption or failure of the services provided. 

5.2 Limitation of Liability 

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReserveDaily and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, injury, loss, or claim arising from: 
  • The use of any Merchant’s services or products. 
  • The use of ReserveDaily’s proprietary products. 
  • Adverse reactions, side effects, or complications resulting from such services or products. 
  • Misinformation, misrepresentation, or negligence by any Merchant. 
  • Use of AI reports or health analyses derived from uploaded results. 
  • Shipping delays, product damage during transit, or courier service failures. 
  • Errors, interruptions, or delays in accessing the Platform. 
  • All claims or disputes regarding treatment outcomes or product quality shall be directed solely against the respective Merchant or product manufacturer. 
  • We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized transactions resulting from customer negligence. 
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by chargebacks or fraudulent activity. 
  1. User Account & Security
  • To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create and maintain an account with ReserveDaily or continue as a Guest. You agree to: 
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. 
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. 
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload (including medical or laboratory results) is accurate, lawful, and authorized for sharing. 
  • As part of your registration with ReserveDaily, you will need to select a username and password (“ReserveDaily User ID”). If accessing the services via a third-party website or service, your ReserveDaily User ID may need to match the username used on that third-party platform. 
  • You agree not to: 
  • Use the name of another person to impersonate them. 
  • Choose a ReserveDaily User ID that violates the rights of any third party without proper authorization. 
  • ReserveDaily reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel any ReserveDaily account at its discretion. 
  • You acknowledge that providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and possible legal action. 
  • We reserve the right to verify customer details and request additional identification if necessary to prevent fraud and ensure transaction security. 
  1. User Submissions & User Conduct

7.1 Uploading of Information 

By accessing the ReserveDaily Platform or using the services, you may provide information that may be used by ReserveDaily and/or Operators in connection with the services, which could be visible to other users. By posting or submitting content, materials, or information to ReserveDaily and/or the Operators (“User Submissions”), you: 

  • Grant ReserveDaily and the Operators a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from your User Submissions, including all related intellectual property rights, to provide and promote the services, as well as for business operations. 
  • Authorize ReserveDaily to process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 
  • Grant other users of the ReserveDaily Platform a non-exclusive license to access and use your User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Platform. 
  • Acknowledge that ReserveDaily may reformat, modify, translate, or create derivative works of your User Submissions, while you retain ownership and the right to grant additional licenses unless otherwise agreed. 
  • Represent that your User Submissions do not infringe on any third-party rights or laws. 
  • Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any User Submissions you post, and that ReserveDaily is not liable for any errors or omissions. 
  • Agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: 
  • Posting false or misleading information. 
  • Transmitting viruses or harmful code. 
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities. 
  1. Users’ Representations, Warranties, and Undertakings

8.1 Prohibited Activities 

You represent, warrant, and agree that you will not use the ReserveDaily Platform or the services to: 

  • Infringe any intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, or third-party rights. 
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations. 
  • Post harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content. 
  • Engage in commercial activities such as contests or advertising without prior written consent from ReserveDaily. 
  • Impersonate any individual or entity, including ReserveDaily’s employees or representatives. 
  • Upload or transmit harmful computer code, such as viruses or malware. 

8.2 Removal of User Submissions 

ReserveDaily may remove any User Submissions at its discretion, including for reasons related to third-party claims, legal concerns, or violations of this Agreement. 

8.3 Responsibility for User Submissions 

You are solely responsible for all User Submissions you upload, post, or share on the ReserveDaily Platform. 

8.4 Intellectual Property Rights 

You represent that you have the necessary rights to use and authorize ReserveDaily to use your User Submissions, and that such use will not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights or applicable laws. 

8.5 Prohibited Conduct 

You agree not to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities while using the ReserveDaily Platform, including: 

  • Engaging in illegal or abusive activities that could result in account termination. 
  • Selling or reselling products or services obtained through ReserveDaily. 
  • Using the Platform for commercial purposes or speculative bookings. 
  • Posting any communication designed to obtain others’ private information. 
  • Engaging in security breaches or illegal activities. 
  • Using automated software or processes to “scrape” or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform. 

8.6 Taxes and Assessments 

You are responsible for any taxes or other governmental assessments related to your use of the ReserveDaily Platform and services. 

  1. Reviews, User Content, and Rights

9.1 Reviews and Correspondence 

  • By completing a booking, you consent to receiving confirmation emails or notifications, as well as invitations to complete a guest review after the activity. Leaving a review is optional. These emails are transactional, not promotional, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails. 

9.2 Representations and Warranties 

  • You confirm that you own or control all the rights to any content you post, or that you have obtained the necessary permissions to use and distribute the content. 
  • Your content is accurate, not misleading, and complies with the Terms of Use and applicable laws. 
  • Your content will not infringe the rights of others or cause harm to any person or entity. 

9.3 Content Restrictions 

  • Reviews must not contain offensive language, personal information, hate speech, illegal content, or promotional material. Additionally, reviews must not defame, harass, or violate the legal rights of others. 

9.4 Legal Pursuits 

  • You grant ReserveDaily the right to pursue legal action against anyone who violates your or ReserveDaily’s rights related to user content. 

9.5 Non-Confidential Content 

  • Any content you submit is considered non-confidential. ReserveDaily may use, edit, delete, or reject such content at its discretion. You will not receive payment for submitted content, nor are you entitled to modify it after submission. 
  1. Booking Confirmation, Vouchers, Fees, and Payments

10.1 Booking Confirmation & Payments 

  • Some services are subject to instant confirmation. For others, the time required for confirmation is indicative and may vary. Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. 
  • To book a service: 
  • Select your desired service. 
  • Choose date and time. 
  • Proceed to payment. 
  • A confirmation email and appointment reminder will be sent to you. 
  • We accept the following payment methods: 
  • Credit/Debit Cards. 
  • Online Banking (FPX). 
  • E-Wallets. 
  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options (in selected regions). 
  • All payments are processed through secure payment gateways with SSL encryption. 

10.2 Purchase and Confirmation Usage 

  • You can purchase vouchers through the ReserveDaily Platform for services offered by Operators. Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing the booking number (“Confirmation Number”) and a printable booking confirmation may be provided for products that require a printable or QR code for access. 
  • To utilize your booking confirmation, you must arrive on time at the designated meeting point, present the required documents, and show your Confirmation Number. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in no refunds. 
  • An Operator may require photo identification to use your booking confirmation. Neither ReserveDaily nor the Operator is responsible for lost or stolen confirmation IDs, codes, or vouchers. 

10.3 Confirmation ID, Code, Voucher Terms 

  • The terms and conditions may vary among Operators, and restrictions, such as minimum age requirements, will be communicated during the purchase. 
  • Confirmation IDs, codes, or vouchers are for one-time use only, and the date of use is specified on the voucher. Failure to use the confirmation ID, code, or voucher by the specified date will result in no refund. 

10.4 Booking Cancellation 

  • Once payment is made, bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where the booking terms specify eligibility for a free cancellation. You can cancel your booking by contacting ReserveDaily’s customer service within the specified cancellation period. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to your original payment method. 
  • The Operator is responsible for accepting or rejecting the booking confirmation ID, code, or voucher. For service-related inquiries or complaints, please contact the Operator directly. 
  • Except as specified, all paid bookings are non-refundable. Prices are quoted in the currency stated at the time of purchase. 

10.5 Booking Deposits 

  • Some services may require a deposit or booking fee to secure your appointment slot. 
  • All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether you proceed with the full service or reschedule. 
  • The deposit amount will be deducted from your total service cost upon completion of the appointment. 

10.6 Rescheduling Policy 

  • To reschedule your booking: 
  • Log in to your ReserveDaily dashboard. 
  • Select the booking you wish to reschedule. 
  • Choose a new available date and time. 
  • Confirm the rescheduling request. 
  • Rescheduling is subject to: 
  • Merchant availability. 
  • Advance notice requirements (as specified by the Merchant). 
  • Merchant approval. 
  • ReserveDaily facilitates rescheduling requests but does not guarantee availability. Each Merchant has their own rescheduling policy and cut-off periods. 

10.7 Merchant-Initiated Cancellations 

  • If a Merchant cancels your confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund processed within 5–10 working days, or you may choose to reschedule to another available date. 

10.8 Service Disputes 

  • If a service is unsatisfactory, you may file a Service Dispute Request within 7 days of your appointment by contacting book@reservedaily.com. ReserveDaily will mediate between you and the provider for a fair resolution. 

10.9 Required Assistance 

  • If you cannot use a booking ID, code, or voucher due to the Operator’s fault, contact ReserveDaily at book@reservedaily.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue. 

10.10 Additional Charges 

  • ReserveDaily reserves the right to charge fees for any services offered. You are responsible for paying any applicable fees as stated on the ReserveDaily Platform. 

10.11 Changes to Charges 

  • ReserveDaily reserves the right to modify its pricing or charges at any time. Notification of such changes will be sent via email or posted on the ReserveDaily Platform. Continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the updated fees. 

10.12 ReserveDaily’s Rights and Obligations 

  • ReserveDaily may deny or cancel bookings that violate this policy. 
  • While ReserveDaily aims to offer services at competitive prices, taxes and additional fees are excluded from the price consideration. 
  • ReserveDaily does not guarantee that all prices are always accurate or updated by the Operators. 
  1. Payment and Fees
  • All transactions made on the Platform must be completed through the payment methods provided. You agree to pay all charges associated with your bookings, including any applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges. ReserveDaily is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by third-party service providers. 

11.1 Data Collection & Security 

  • We collect and store customer information, including payment details, to process transactions securely. 
  • We use encryption and fraud detection measures, including AML/KYC screening and transaction anomaly monitoring, to prevent unauthorized access. 

11.2 Fraud Detection & Prevention 

  • We may use automated fraud detection systems to block suspicious transactions. 
  • Data related to fraudulent activities may be shared with law enforcement and financial institutions. 

11.3 Chargeback Protection & Disputes 

  • If you dispute a payment, we may collect and share evidence with banks or payment providers. 
  • Customers who engage in repeated fraudulent disputes may be banned from the Platform. 

11.4 Third-Party Payment Processors 

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers compliant with PCI DSS security standards. 
  • We do not store full payment card details on our servers. 
  • We are not responsible for losses or issues arising from incorrect or falsified information provided by customers, and we reserve the right to verify customer details and request additional identification if necessary to prevent fraud and ensure transaction security. 
  1. Product Purchases: Orders, Shipping & Returns

12.1 Product Offerings 

  • ReserveDaily sells a range of wellness and health products. Third-party Merchant products may also be available through the Platform. 

12.2 Product Orders and Payment 

  • All product orders are subject to: 
  • Product availability and stock confirmation. 
  • Acceptance of your order by ReserveDaily (order confirmation email). 
  • Full payment at the time of purchase. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. 

12.3 Shipping and Delivery 

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days depending on location. 
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and product weight. 
  • International Shipping: Available to selected countries (Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand). Additional customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Delivery Responsibility: Once products are handed to the courier, ReserveDaily is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. Claims must be filed with the courier service. 

12.4 Product Storage and Handling Requirements 

  • Certain products require specific storage conditions as indicated on product labels and packaging. Follow all storage instructions provided with each product. 
  • Failure to store products correctly may affect efficacy and safety. ReserveDaily is not responsible for product degradation due to improper storage after delivery. 

12.5 Product Returns and Refunds 

  • Return Eligibility: 
  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging with intact seals. 
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. 
  • Non-Returnable Products: 
  • Opened or used medical, wellness, or supplement products (for health and safety reasons). 
  • Products that require refrigeration or special storage once delivered. 
  • Personalized or custom-ordered products. 
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging. 
  • Return Process: 
  • Provide order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective). 
  • Await return authorization and shipping instructions. 
  • Ship product back in original packaging (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective). 
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs (unless the product was defective). 

12.6 Product Warranties and Disclaimers 

  • Regulatory Status: 
  • Products comply with applicable Malaysian regulations and international quality standards. 
  • Products are registered or notified with relevant authorities where required. 
  • Specific regulatory disclaimers are provided on individual product pages. 
  • Quality Assurance: 
  • All products undergo rigorous quality control testing. 
  • Certificates of Analysis are available upon request for applicable products. 
  • Products are sourced from reputable manufacturers with proper certifications. 

12.7 Product Liability Limitation 

  • ReserveDaily is not liable for: 
  • Adverse reactions, side effects, or complications from product use. 
  • Allergic reactions to ingredients (customers must review ingredient lists before purchase). 
  • Improper storage, handling, or administration of products. 
  • Use of products without professional medical guidance (where applicable). 
  • Interactions between products and medications or other supplements. 
  • Third-party Merchant product quality or safety (Merchant is solely responsible). 
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any wellness or medical products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition. 
  1. Medical Tourism and Cross-Border Services
  • ReserveDaily connects international customers, including those from Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand, to Malaysian and regional wellness providers, including travel assistance and concierge options. 
  • Our concierge partners offer travel packages, hotel booking, and airport pickup for wellness travelers. 
  • ReserveDaily operates under a valid travel license for medical tourism services through Acomogo Travel Tech Sdn. Bhd.. 
  1. Cancellations and Modifications
  • Cancellation and modification policies for services booked through the Platform are determined by the third-party service providers. It is your responsibility to review the cancellation terms provided by the service provider during the booking process. ReserveDaily is not liable for any changes, cancellations, or issues arising from third-party service providers. 
  • Cancellation must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy specified at the time of the booking. Refund eligibility and amount depend on the specific terms of the service booked. 
  • If a service provider cancels a booking, we will attempt to notify you and facilitate a refund or alternative arrangement. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon a refund being initiated and will be issued to the original payment method. 
  1. Indemnification
  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReserveDaily, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal claims arising from: 
  • Your use of the Platform. 
  • Your purchase or use of products or services. 
  • Breach of these Terms. 
  • Disputes with Merchants or other Users. 
  • Your reliance on any information or recommendation provided through the Platform. 
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • We act as an intermediary between you and the service providers or Operators. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or errors of the service providers or Operators. 
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReserveDaily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. 
  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. 

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Merchant Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReserveDaily regarding your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. 

  1. Disclaimer
  • Any products, services, or packages purchased under the Health & Wellness category are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless specified by the service provider or healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare professional before purchase or use. 
  • ReserveDaily serves solely as a platform for promoting services and products. Any dissatisfaction or issues related to the services or products provided by Operators must be addressed directly with them. We are not liable for any disputes, claims, or concerns that may arise.
