What to expect: 

• Spy Game is a brand new immersive game concept available only in Malaysia. You get to be a spy where you must sneak, hide, and disguise to play the game and not get caught by the patrolling guards to accomplish a mission.
• In the SPY Game, you will be required to overcome various physical obstacles to proceed. As such, you may need to crawl and hide in small spaces, jump and hold onto ropes, climb ladders, and such.
• The game is not recommended for individuals who are weak-hearted, pregnant, or have disabilities, as it involves elements such as climbing, dodging, hiding, and crawling.
• You should arrive at least 10 mins early for the registration and briefing session
• No brute force is required during the game. If a customer is found to have used force to break an item or prop we will ask for compensation.
• No inappropriate behavior or language around the NPCs. If a customer is found to have performed crude behavior or language around an NPC, we do have the authority to end the game and ask the customer to leave the game early.
• No touching or physical contact with the NPCs as they will not touch you either. 
• Avoid keeping or taking items from the gameplay session. We have customers run through their pockets or bags post-game for any items that may have been accidentally taken from the room and to ask them to return it to us. If a customer is found to have taken an item without returning it, we have the right to prevent the customer from entering the premises. 

Important things to note: 

• Tickets are valid for 90 day(s) from the booking confirmation date.
• Important: Customers are required to call (+6011 33213628) to book their preferred time slot after checking out and have made payment
• If customers are late for less than 10 minutes, the game will start and the experience time will be shortened.
• If customers are late for more than 10 minutes, the game will be rescheduled with another available time slot (subject to availability of the game session).
• If customers arrive with fewer participants than the purchase amount, no refund will be available.
• Additional players will be charged accordingly.
• Children aged 7 and below can play for FREE. 
• Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years old or above inside the room to play with them.
• Underage teens aged 13-17 will require a guardian to be present, and the guardian must sign a consent form before the teens are allowed to play alone.
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / epilepsy / heart disease / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women / PWDs (persons with disabilities) / elderly / infants
• This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
