6. Misuse & Fraudulent Activities Reservedaily.com reserves the right to cancel any booking or purchase without refund if misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform is detected. This includes, but is not limited to:

- The ticket is valid for 3 months after purchase.
- Children under 3 years old enter free of charge.
- Adult ticket aged 12 years old and above.
- Child aged 3-11 years old.
- Ticket valid for 1 trip on the Singapore River Cruise.
- Please arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time.
- Open dated tickets and walk-ins on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to availability.
- This activity is not wheelchair-accessible.
- This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility.
- The activity is operational in all weather conditions except during storms or typhoons. In case of cancellation, you will be given the option to book an alternative date.
