The Habitat Penang Hill, a B Corp Certified, and award-winning rainforest discovery park, is located at the storied Penang Hill, the gateway to the UNESCO Penang Hill Biosphere Reserve. This park offers a rich array of flora and fauna along its 1.6km trail, breathtaking views from Curtis Crest Tree Top Walk—the highest public viewing platform on Penang Island—and an adventurous traverse across the world’s longest bridge of its kind, the Langur Way Canopy Walk. Langur Way is so named because a family of Dusky Leaf Langurs was seen there during its construction. Additionally, The Habitat includes exciting attractions such as the Flight of the Colugo zip line adventure course, featuring three zip lines, an abseil, and a rope bridge. Visitors can also enjoy one of Penang’s best sunset views from the Curtis Crest. A visit to The Habitat supports the environmental conservation and education initiatives of The Habitat Foundation in Penang and beyond.

5. Product Orders Once an order for physical or digital products is placed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted unless the product is unavailable or defective. Any disputes regarding product-related issues must be addressed with Reservedaily.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
6. Misuse & Fraudulent Activities Reservedaily.com reserves the right to cancel any booking or purchase without refund if misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform is detected. This includes, but is not limited to:

Multiple last-minute cancellations that indicate misuse of the booking system.

Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback abuse.

Providing false or misleading information to secure bookings or discounts.

Reselling or unauthorized transfers of bookings or products.
Any users found violating these terms may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned from using Reservedaily.com services.
7. Identity Verification Reservedaily.com reserves the right to request valid documentation to verify a customer’s identity. Failure to provide the requested identification may result in the cancellation of the booking or purchase without eligibility for a refund. This policy is in place to protect against fraudulent activities and ensure the security of all transactions on our platform.

Important Notes
- Location: We are located atop Penang Hill and guests can take the funicular train, the jeep service from Penang Botanical Garden or hike to the top!
- Dressing: It is advisable to dress in attire suitable for outdoor activities
- Weather: In adverse weather conditions, where safety is compromised, we reserve the right to close the park without notice. In rainy conditions, we do provide umbrellas to our guests and there are rain shelters throughout the park
- BYOB: We have water stations across our park so we encourage you to bring your own water bottle!
- Time Planning: Please note that the funicular train service can get congested especially during peak travel season
Terms & Conditions
- Ticket valid for 6 months
- Senior Citizens are individuals aged 60 and above at time of entry.
- Child age to 4-12 yrs old. 3yrs below complimentary.
- For the time being, these tickets cannot be used to upgrade to the Sunset Walk or Guided Walk experiences.
- Train's operating hours can range from 15 minutes to an hour depending on the crowd (peak or non-peak hour).
- It is a self-guided walk (Free & Easy).
- Applicable every day. Pre-booking is not required.
- Penang Hill Funicular tram ticket is excluded. Tram tickets can be purchased Penang Hill Funicular Train Ticketing counter located at Lower Station.
- Guest to purchase train ticket at lower station. Upon reaching train station uphill, there will be at least 7min walk to reach The Habitat ticketing office
