Restrictions
FROGGY’S TRAMPOLINE ARENA
1.    grip-socks must be worn at all time whilst in the trampoline arena.
2.    only one person on any one trampoline at a time.
3.    no double bouncing (bouncing someone else higher).
4.    no lying down or sitting on a trampoline.
5.    empty your pockets and remove jewelry before jumping.
6.    avoid jumping on the colored pads and aim for the center of the trampolines.
7.    always land with both feet together or on your backside. avoid landing on just one foot.
8.    keep an eye out for other jumpers; smaller jumpers always have right of way.
9.    you can bounce from one trampoline to another providing the other trampoline is clear.
10.   no running on the trampolines.
11.   only attempt an activity within your skill level.
12.   anyone exhibiting aggressive or unsafe behavior will be asked to leave the park.
13.   anyone failing to follow the directions or instructions of the jump instructors will be asked to leave the arena.
14.   jumping is strictly forbidden whilst pregnant.
15.   anyone weighting more than 120kg will be not permitted to jump.
16.   no food or drink in the trampoline area whatsoever.
17.   no jumping is allowed whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
18.   a waiver must be completed before anyone is permitted to use the facility.
19.   anyone under 18 must have a waiver completed by a parent or guardian.
20.   froggy’s staff are not responsible for the supervision of any children at any time whilst they are on froggy’s premises.
21.   no mobile phones or photographic equipment in the trampoline arena.

5. Product Orders Once an order for physical or digital products is placed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted unless the product is unavailable or defective. Any disputes regarding product-related issues must be addressed with Reservedaily.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
6. Misuse & Fraudulent Activities Reservedaily.com reserves the right to cancel any booking or purchase without refund if misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform is detected. This includes, but is not limited to:

Multiple last-minute cancellations that indicate misuse of the booking system.

Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback abuse.

Providing false or misleading information to secure bookings or discounts.

Reselling or unauthorized transfers of bookings or products.
Any users found violating these terms may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned from using Reservedaily.com services.
7. Identity Verification Reservedaily.com reserves the right to request valid documentation to verify a customer’s identity. Failure to provide the requested identification may result in the cancellation of the booking or purchase without eligibility for a refund. This policy is in place to protect against fraudulent activities and ensure the security of all transactions on our platform.
