Terms and Conditions

• Tickets are valid for a fixed date only
• RM5 Retail Voucher & RM5 Food Voucher can be collected at the SplashMania Ticketing Counter.
• The RM5 Retail Voucher is valid for selected products only.
• Multiple vouchers can be redeemed together in a single transaction.
• Each voucher is valid for one (1) time redemption only.
• The voucher is valid only on the same day of the visit.
• Any unused voucher after its validity period will be forfeited and not refunded.
• The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or merchandise in the waterpark.
• If the voucher value in a single transaction is insufficient to cover the total cost, the voucher holder must pay the remaining balance.
• If the voucher value exceeds the total cost, any remaining amount will be forfeited and not refunded.
• SplashMania management reserves the right to vary and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Guests must follow the general park rules and regulations for SplashMania, Gamuda Cove.
• FREE park admission applies only to children aged below 3 years with a paying adult.
• Child: Guest aged 3 – 12 years
• Adult: Guest aged 13 - 59 years
• Senior Citizen: Guests aged 60 years or above.
• Ticket prices are based on birth year. (i.e., If you turn 13 in 2025, you must buy an adult ticket for any purchase made for visitation dates from 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025)
• Valid documents such as NRIC, MyKid, I-Card, Passport, or Multiple Entry Visa will be required for verification purposes prior to park admission.
• Guests must adhere to all safety rules and regulations of the slides and rides irrespective of the ticket type.
• Guests with Disabilities (OKU): Guests with a disability certificate.
• Guests below the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult aged 18 and above.
• Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed.
• Glass or any sharp or dangerous objects are strictly prohibited.
• No personal surfboards, body boards, or tubes are allowed.
• Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings.
• No refunds for inclement weather.
• No exchange, refund, replacement, and/or extension will be made under any circumstance(s). No cancellation will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.
• Only approved swimwear is allowed. No exposed zippers, buckles, or rivets.
• Guests must use a tube or sliding mat to go on certain slides and attractions. Please read all ride signage and adhere accordingly.
• Queue up and wait for your turn to get onto slides or rides.
• Most rides have height and weight restrictions. Please read all ride restriction signage and adhere accordingly.
• CAUTION: Guests with any existing medical health condition or who have self-imposed restrictions on their physical activity, or who are overweight for their body type or under “doctor’s care” should not go on any rides or attractions.
• CAUTION: Certain attractions contain bright lighting effects that flash or strobe. Guests who are sensitive to these conditions or have a history of photosensitive epilepsy should avoid these attractions.
• Locker rental is available at your convenience. Please do not leave valuables unattended.
• Fighting and abusive language are strictly not permitted in SplashMania.
• Gamuda Land Leisure’s Management (“Management”) reserves the right to stop any picture-taking or video recording and confiscate any materials if deemed inappropriate.
• The Management will not be liable for any loss, injuries, or death.
• The Management reserves the right to deny admission or request a guest to leave the park due to infraction of the rules or if caught in unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior.
• The Management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any part of the park, restrict the number of visitors, cancel, or amend any activities without prior notice.
