5. Product Orders Once an order for physical or digital products is placed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted unless the product is unavailable or defective. Any disputes regarding product-related issues must be addressed with Reservedaily.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
6. Misuse & Fraudulent Activities Reservedaily.com reserves the right to cancel any booking or purchase without refund if misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform is detected. This includes, but is not limited to:

Multiple last-minute cancellations that indicate misuse of the booking system.

Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback abuse.

Failure to provide the requested identification may result in the cancellation of the booking or purchase without eligibility for a refund. Terms & Conditions
- The ticket is valid only on the selected date (and time if applicable).
- A child is defined as a person between 3 to 12 years of age.
- Children below 3 years old may enter the Parks for free.
- Adult rate applicable for person aged 13 years old and above.
- A senior is defined as a person at 60 years of age and above.
- Please do not wear strong scented perfume as animals are sensitive to odor.
- Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff.
- All visitors are required to book their visit date and time online before visiting the parks.
- Please arrive no later than 45 minutes from your selected time. If the park’s capacity has been reached, you may be required to wait till there is availability.
- Free WiFi is available throughout the whole park.
- Identification may be required upon redemption.
- Admission is at voucher holder's own risk. The Park will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the voucher holder while in the park.
- Voucher holder agrees not to use photographs/ recording in the park for commercial purposes. The Park may take photographs/recordings of any park visitor for any purpose, without prior approval or compensation.
