How do I book a service on ReserveDaily?
Simply choose your preferred service, select the date and time, and proceed to secure online payment. You’ll receive instant confirmation and reminders before your appointment.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule directly from your dashboard, following each provider’s cancellation policy and cut-off time.
What payment methods can I use?
ReserveDaily accepts credit/debit cards, FPX online banking, and major e-wallets. In selected regions, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options are also available.
Is my health and personal data safe?
Absolutely. ReserveDaily complies with Malaysia’s PDPA and international HIPAA-like standards. All user data and medical records are securely encrypted.
Do I need a doctor’s referral to book a service?
Most wellness and preventive services don’t require a referral. However, for medical-grade treatments, providers may request your medical information or a prior consultation.
