(1522856-U, 202301028933, KPK/LN: 11410) for Tourism, Leisure & Activities, and Daily Group Sdn. Bhd. (1479044-P, 202201033347), along with their respective subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “ReserveDaily,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at Pavilion Embassy, Menara G Vestor Tower, B-18-06, Level 18, 200 Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, collect, use, store, and share information about you when you visit or interact with our website reservedaily.com (both mobile and desktop), the ReserveDaily App, or through other means connected to ReserveDaily (e.g., email, live chat, WhatsApp, or customer support). By accessing or using the ReserveDaily Platform, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Platform, including reservedaily.com and the ReserveDaily App. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia, HIPAA-like data protection standards for medical and health information, and international data protection principles for cross-border medical tourism clients.

We collect information about you in various ways when you interact with the ReserveDaily Platform, including when you create an account, make a booking, purchase products, submit reviews, participate in promotions, or contact our customer support. The types of information we collect include: 

2.1 Personal Information You Provide to Us 

  • Account Information
  • Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, and account credentials (username and password). 
  • Optional details such as a photo or address. 
  • Booking and Payment Information
  • Service bookings, appointment dates and times, billing address, payment method details (e.g., credit/debit card, FPX, e-wallet, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options in selected regions), and transaction history. 
  • Product Purchase Information
  • Product orders, order history, shipping and delivery addresses, and product preferences or purchase patterns. 
  • Medical and Health Data
  • Blood test results, laboratory reports, screening results, health conditions, medical history, allergies, treatment preferences, wellness goals, and Vital AI analysis reports or biomarker interpretations. 
  • Travel and Concierge Data (for Medical Tourism)
  • Passport or travel document information (if required), travel itinerary, hotel booking details, airport pickup details, and emergency contact information. 
  • Communications Data
  • Messages sent through live chat, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels. 
  • Customer support inquiries, service dispute requests, product inquiries, return requests, and feedback. 
  • Business Partners
  • If you are a ReserveDaily Partner (e.g., a service provider or Merchant), we collect additional information, including your business name, address, phone number, email, tax identification number, and details about individuals providing services or authorized individuals on your account. 
  • User Submissions
  • Information included in reviews, ratings, surveys, or feedback about accommodations, services, or products, such as your first name and country of residence. 
  • Promotions and Referrals
  • Personal data provided during participation in referral programs, contests, or other promotions.

  • If you make a booking on behalf of others or provide details about other guests, it is your responsibility to ensure that those individuals are aware of and consent to the collection and use of their information as described in this Privacy Policy. Similarly, accommodation partners, Operators, or other third-party providers may share information about you with us, such as details related to your booking, inquiries, or disputes. 

2.2 Personal Information Collected Automatically 

When you visit or use the ReserveDaily Platform, we may automatically collect certain usage and technical information, including: 

  • Technical Information: Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser type, broad geographic location (e.g., country or city-level), language settings, marketing preferences, and other technical details. 
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, such as pages visited, time spent on the Platform, clickstream data, links clicked, searches performed, and content or ads interacted with. 
  • Mobile Device Data: If you use our mobile app or mobile-optimized website, we may collect device-specific information, such as device ID, application version, and device settings. With your consent, we may also collect precise geolocation data to provide location-based services (e.g., showing nearby services) or for fraud prevention and security purposes. You can disable geolocation data collection through your device settings, but this may limit certain features of the mobile app.

Certain types of personal data, such as health, religion, or other sensitive information, may require additional protection under applicable laws. While we do not typically collect sensitive personal data for standard bookings, we may collect such information in specific cases, such as: 

  • Information contained in government-issued identification documents or medical certificates, if required to process a transaction, cancellation, or amendment request. 
  • Information you voluntarily provide, such as dietary needs or health-related requirements, which may imply sensitive details (e.g., religious dietary restrictions or medical conditions). We collect and process sensitive personal data only with your explicit consent or where necessary to fulfill a transaction or request, in compliance with applicable laws, including the PDPA and HIPAA-like standards for medical and health data. 

2.4 Information from Other Partners 

We may receive information about you from affiliated entities, business partners, or third-party providers, such as: 

  • Accommodation partners or Operators sharing details about your booking, inquiries, or disputes. 
  • Third-party loyalty programs or tour/activity providers involved in services you book through the Platform. 
  • Concierge partners providing travel or accommodation services for medical tourism clients. 
  1. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your personal data to provide, maintain, and improve the ReserveDaily Platform and to deliver the services you request. Specifically, we may use your information to: 

  • Service Delivery
  • Process bookings and facilitate appointments with Merchants. 
  • Provide Vital AI health analysis and wellness recommendations based on uploaded blood test results or screening data. 
  • Coordinate medical tourism services, including travel, accommodation, and concierge support. 
  • Product Fulfillment
  • Process product orders, arrange shipping and delivery, and manage returns, refunds, or exchanges. 
  • Provide product support and usage guidance. 
  • Communication
  • Send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, order confirmations, shipping notifications, and delivery updates. 
  • Respond to customer support inquiries, service dispute requests, or product inquiries. 
  • Notify you of changes to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or services. 
  • Send up to two one-time reminders if you have not finalized a booking, to help you complete it without re-entering details. Reservation data used for these reminders is deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. 
  • Payment Processing
  • Process payments securely through our payment gateways. 
  • Manage refunds and cancellations per applicable policies. 
  • Platform Improvement
  • Analyze usage patterns to enhance the functionality, performance, and user experience of the Platform. 
  • Develop new features and services. 
  • Conduct research and analytics, using anonymized data where possible. 
  • Legal and Compliance
  • Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements, such as tax or accounting laws. 
  • Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect user safety through measures like AML/KYC screening. 
  • Marketing (with Your Consent)
  • Send promotional offers, newsletters, wellness tips, or personalized product recommendations. 
  • Deliver tailored advertising based on your preferences and usage patterns. 
  • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails or contacting us at hello@reservedaily.com

Confirmation emails, text messages, and guest review invitations sent after a booking are transactional and not marketing messages. You will receive these even if you have opted out of marketing communications. 

  1. How We Protect Your Personal Data

We implement robust physical, electronic, and managerial measures to safeguard your personal data, including medical and health data, from loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized access, or disclosure. These measures include: 

  • End-to-End Encryption: Data transmission and storage are secured with SSL encryption and other industry-standard protocols. 
  • Access Controls: Only authorized personnel and selected Merchants can access your data, with strict access controls in place. 
  • Secure Servers: Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. 
  • Regular Security Audits: We conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits to ensure ongoing protection. 
  • Anonymization: Health data used for research or analytics is anonymized to protect your privacy. 
  • HIPAA-like Standards: For medical and health data, we adhere to HIPAA-like data protection standards to ensure confidentiality and security. 

4.1 Account Security and Unauthorized Access 

  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your ReserveDaily account (e.g., hacking or theft), you must notify us immediately at book@reservedaily.com. We may suspend or disable your account to prevent further unauthorized access. 
  • ReserveDaily is not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access, including the loss of points, rewards, or credits. We cannot restore compromised rewards or credits and encourage you to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. 

4.2 Security Investigations 

We may use your information to verify your identity, investigate potential fraud or violations of our Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy, or confirm eligibility for promotions (e.g., free trials). 

  1. Who We Share Your Data With

We share your personal data only with the following parties, subject to applicable laws and appropriate safeguards: 

  • Merchants and Service Providers: Your information is shared with the Merchant you select for booking, consultation, or treatment delivery purposes. 
  • Payment Processors: We use secure third-party payment gateways with SSL encryption to process transactions. Payment details are handled by these processors and are not stored on our servers. 
  • Shipping and Logistics Partners: For product orders, we share necessary shipping information (e.g., name, address, contact details) with courier and logistics partners to facilitate delivery. 
  • Travel and Concierge Partners: For medical tourism services, we share necessary travel and accommodation details with concierge partners through Acomogo Travel Tech Sdn. Bhd.
  • Service Providers and Technology Partners: We engage trusted third-party providers to process data on our behalf for purposes such as: 
  • Cloud hosting and data storage. 
  • Customer support and communication tools. 
  • Analytics and performance monitoring. 
  • Product fulfillment and inventory management.

What We Do NOT Do: ReserveDaily does not sell or distribute your personal data to unauthorized third parties.

As ReserveDaily serves international customers, including those from Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand, your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Malaysia or other countries where our service providers operate. Your Choices: You can manage or disable Cookies through your browser settings (typically under “Help” or “Internet Options”). Disabling certain Cookies may affect Platform functionality, such as preventing you from staying logged in or accessing personalized features. For example, disabling Essential Cookies may disrupt booking or payment processes, while disabling Marketing Cookies may limit tailored ads.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia and other applicable laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active or as required for legal/compliance purposes. 
  • Medical and Health Data: Retained in accordance with healthcare record-keeping requirements, typically for a minimum period as mandated by applicable regulations. 
  • Transaction Data: Retained for accounting, tax, and audit purposes, typically for 7 years. 
  • Product Order Data: Retained for warranty, returns, customer service, and product safety tracking purposes. 
  • Reservation Reminders: Data used for incomplete booking reminders is deleted after the one-time reminders are sent, in accordance with our data retention policy. 

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting book@reservedaily.com, subject to legal obligations. 

  1. Children’s Privacy

The ReserveDaily Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without appropriate parental consent.
