4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee, as outlined by the merchant.

• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in full forfeiture of the booking with no refund.

• Reservedaily.com shall not be held responsible for any missed appointments or expired bookings. Customers must check the period of usage and ensure they attend within the valid timeframe.

• Reservedaily.com is not liable for any failure to attend or utilize the purchased service or product, and no refunds will be provided for missed, expired, or unutilized bookings.

5. Product Orders Once an order for physical or digital products is placed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted unless the product is unavailable or defective. Any disputes regarding product-related issues must be addressed with Reservedaily.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

6. Misuse & Fraudulent Activities Reservedaily.com reserves the right to cancel any booking or purchase without refund if misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform is detected. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Multiple last-minute cancellations that indicate misuse of the booking system.

• Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback abuse.

• Providing false or misleading information to secure bookings or discounts.

• Reselling or unauthorized transfers of bookings or products.

Any users found violating these terms may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned from using Reservedaily.com services.

7. Identity Verification Reservedaily.com reserves the right to request valid documentation to verify a customer’s identity. Failure to provide the requested identification may result in the cancellation of the booking or purchase without eligibility for a refund. This policy is in place to protect against fraudulent activities and ensure the security of all transactions on our platform.
