- Restrictions: Admission to the attractions is restricted by age and height requirements.
- To ensure a seamless experience for your guests, we kindly request that they refrain from activating or linking their ticket codes until they arrive at the attraction. Activating tickets in advance may result in them expiring before use.
- All guests planning to visit Genting SkyWorlds are advised to utilize the SkyAvenue Gateway, situated at Level G, SkyAvenue, for park admission. Access to Genting SkyWorlds via Studio Plaza is exclusively reserved for hotel guests.
- Please be aware: Do not activate or link your ticket codes until you are at the attraction. Activating them in advance may lead to the tickets expiring.
- Malaysian rates are valid for Malaysian Citizen ONLY with a Malaysian Identification Card. Guest are required to provide their physical Malaysian Identification Card for verification purpose prior to park admission.
- Non-Malaysian rates are for International travelers.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee, as outlined by the merchant.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in full forfeiture of the booking with no refund.

Reservedaily.com shall not be held responsible for any missed appointments or expired bookings. Customers must check the period of usage and ensure they attend within the valid timeframe.

Reservedaily.com is not liable for any failure to attend or utilize the purchased service or product, and no refunds will be provided for missed, expired, or unutilized bookings.
5. Product Orders Once an order for physical or digital products is placed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted unless the product is unavailable or defective. Any disputes regarding product-related issues must be addressed with Reservedaily.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
6. Misuse & Fraudulent Activities Reservedaily.com reserves the right to cancel any booking or purchase without refund if misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform is detected. This includes, but is not limited to:

Multiple last-minute cancellations that indicate misuse of the booking system.

Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback abuse.

Providing false or misleading information to secure bookings or discounts.

Reselling or unauthorized transfers of bookings or products.
Any users found violating these terms may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned from using Reservedaily.com services.
7. Identity Verification Reservedaily.com reserves the right to request valid documentation to verify a customer’s identity. Failure to provide the requested identification may result in the cancellation of the booking or purchase without eligibility for a refund. This policy is in place to protect against fraudulent activities and ensure the security of all transactions on our platform.

How to Use
- Show Mobile Ticket: Ticketing counter
- Customer is to scan the QR code at Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park’s turnstile, register biometric before enter to the park.
- Customer is only able to book the Virtual Queue (VQ) reservation after customer scan at the turnstile on their actual visit date.
- For customer that do not download the Genting SkyWorlds App, they MUST retain their admission ticket for multiple entry to the park.
- Please be aware: Do not activate or link your ticket codes until you are at the attraction. Activating them in advance may lead to the tickets expiring.
Terms & Conditions
- Adult above 110cm
- Child limit 90cm-110cm
- Senior aged 60 above
- Child ticket is not based on AGE but with Heights i.e. Child above 110CM is to purchase Adult ticket.
- Customer that buy a wrong type of ticket (supposedly to buy Standard ticket but wrongly purchase Child ticket), strictly NO topped up is allow at the ticketing counter. Customer is to refer back to the online channels where they buy the ticket from. Genting SkyWorld will not allow customer to enter the park if customer bought wrong ticket.
- Subjected to rides available on the day of visit.
- Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park is a Rainy-Day Guarantee. When “Rainy Day Guarantee” has been activated, a push notification will be sent to those affected customers that visited the park in their Genting SkyWorlds (GSW) App.
- The activation of the “Rainy Day Guarantee” is subject to Management’s approval.
- For all the affected guests visited the above dates, they will be offering a FREE return visit within the next 12 months (from the date of visit) if wet weather is activated for more than 2 hours on guest visit date.
- No cash alternative is available and tickets cannot be sold or exchanged.
- Rainy Day Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and return visit is subject to availability at time of rebooking.
- Should it rain on your return visit, tickets will not be transferable and no further free visits will be offered.
- The best way to enjoy Genting SkyWorlds is by downloading the Genting Skyworlds mobile app, registering your tickets and enabling notifications. In the event of our “Rainy Day Guarantee” being activated, your will automatically receive a notification straight to your phone.
- Guest is to approach the ticketing counter and show the QR code (presentation on original QR code on your first visit) and show the push notification that in GSW App to ticketing counter for verification before you are free to enter the theme park.
