- Ticket validity at the selected date
- Children policy (4-16 years old):
- + From 1.2m - 1.5m: child ticket calculated.
- + Over 1.5m: adult ticket.
- Guests with a height under 1.2m and/or weight under 25kg and/or weight over 120kg are not allowed to participate in Zipline Canopy.
- People with heart disease, high blood pressure, a history of bone and joint problems, pregnant women, and people with mobility difficulties... are not allowed to participate.
- Guests need to arrive at least 15 minutes before the registered playing time to check-in.
- Guests participating in games at Kong Forest Park need to follow the tour guide's instructions to ensure the safety of themselves and fellow guests.
