1) Dining Validity period:

2) Concert ticket & Dining is for 2 pax.
3) Our booking team will reach out and provide the restaurant booking information.
4) Reservations to the restaurant must be made at least 24hours in advance (preferably 3 days in advance) to ensure seating availability.
5) Bundle Promo ends on Tue, 15th Aug 2023.
6) The booking is subject to availability of concert seating.
7) Concert Tickets and Vouchers will be provided within 48 hours of complete purchase.

Concert Ticket Policy:

• Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia & packages are inclusive of RM4 booking fee. 
• ZONE A is a free-standing area (no designated seat) so as to allow the audience maximum flexibility in moving and enjoying the music. Kindly note that no queue number will be assigned. Gate admission on show day shall be on first-come-first-served basis.
• ZONE B is a numbered seating area, and while seating is assigned, it also allows the audience the freedom to stand and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the live event.
• Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery.
• Children aged 6 or below are not allowed to enter the venue. Children aged 12 or below, with a height of 140cm or below, and pregnant women are not allowed to enter ZONE A.
• Ticket Sale will start on August 9th, 2023 from 2pm.
• You are advised to purchase ticket(s) only from authorised/official ticketing company.
• Star Planet reserves the rights to any alternation or changes made on terms & promotions without prior notification.
