What to expect: 

  • Kingdom Play Area: Explore the magical (and spacious!) land of Waka Waka KL by climbing the walls of tall castles, scaling active volcanos, and sliding onto the lush fields of a land far, far away on fun slides! Crawl through tunnels and bounce on safe and colourful play equipment. Perfect for ages 4 and up.
  • Toddler Area: The little ones can play safe and sound in their mini version of our fairytale land. Soft play blocks and play pens that stimulate various aspects of learning through play will be available at the Toddler’s Section. Perfect for 18 months – 3 years.
  • Royal Dining Hall: Parents can relax at Waka Waka’s in-house café while the children run and play! Enjoy full meals, knick-knacks or simply sit back with a good cup of coffee. 

Important things to note: 

  • Please bring a pair of socks for children and adults who are participating in the activity.
  • Children age 0-17 months can enter free of charge.
  • Children age 0-2 are not allowed on certain attractions without adult supervision.
  • All children have to be accompanied by an adult for entry.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children under their care at all times.
  • Guardians who are not parents must be at least aged 16+.
  • Admission is by per entry Per Pax basis. Guests are required to settle the payment before entering the Playground and to present the receipt upon departure for proof of entry time.
  • Tickets are non-transferable, strictly no swapping of adults or guardians after admission.
  • Children should play in the appropriate play zones for their age.
  • Please ensure your children are in good health before entering the Playground. The attraction management reserves the right to refuse or remove entry to any person who appears to be unwell.
  • Children with disabilities can enter the facility provided that they are accompanied by a guardian or adult.
  • The facility is not wheelchair and stroller accessible.
  • No outside food and drinks are allowed to be brought into the premise with the exception of baby formula.
  • For safety reasons, the attraction management reserves the right to refuse admittance to a child if the number of children exceeds the legal capacity of the attraction.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations received upon confirmation by email, shall not be entitled to any refunds provided. Please note that all booking(s) are Non-Refundable upon confirmation of payment. If you fail to arrive or cancel the booking, no refund will be given, however, you may choose to transfer to another party by informing us at book@reservedaily.com.Failure to arrive at your venue/hotel/activity/tour will be deemed as a no-show and there shall not be any refunds being provided unless specified in the confirmation email. Refund Policy
Please be aware that this is a non-refundable booking unless specified otherwise, however, we will try to reach out to the property for a refund due to proven emergency situations. Reservedaily is committed to ensuring you a swift refund process should there be any emergency situations. However please note that this is on a case-by-case basis and that failing to cancel your reservation prior to the due date noted on your confirmation may result in 100% penalty at the cost of booking(s) total amount. A Refund Processing Fee of 3% will be deducted from the total amount. If the refund requested is less than 7 days prior to the booking date, a Refund Processing Fee of 10% will be deducted from the total amount.
