Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations received upon confirmation by email, shall not be entitled to any refunds provided. Please note that all booking(s) are Non-Refundable upon confirmation of payment. If you fail to arrive or cancel the booking, no refund will be given, however, you may choose to transfer to another party by informing us at book@reservedaily.com.Failure to arrive at your venue/hotel/activity/tour will be deemed as a no-show and there shall not be any refunds being provided unless specified in the confirmation email. Please note that any changes to your reservation such as dates, the extension of stay, early check-out, delay of arrival or cancellation in full or part, or any other requests pertaining to your booking confirmation shall be made only through Reservedaily.com at the reservation number +60135333353, reach us at our live chat or email us at book@reservedaily.com. We must be notified of all cancellations within our normal office hours from 08:00-18:00 (GMT+8)

Refund Policy
Please be aware that this is a non-refundable booking unless specified otherwise, however, we will try to reach out to the property for a refund due to proven emergency situations. To request a refund, please or call us/ WhatsApp us at +60135333353. Please note that all refunds, if there are any shall take approximately 7-14 working days by the respective banks. Reservedaily is committed to ensuring you a swift refund process should there be any emergency situations. However please note that this is on a case-by-case basis and that failing to cancel your reservation prior to the due date noted on your confirmation may result in 100% penalty at the cost of booking(s) total amount. A Refund Processing Fee of 3% will be deducted from the total amount. If the refund requested is less than 7 days prior to the booking date, a Refund Processing Fee of 10% will be deducted from the total amount.
