Terms & Conditions

• The ticket is valid for 90 days from the date purchase.
• Adult (13 years and above), Child (3 to 12 years old).
• All movie/ shows will start promptly. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime.
• Duration of movie/ shows is 30 - 40 minutes, depending on movie/ show titles.
• Attraction availability is on a first-come-first-serve basis for one-time entry ONLY.
• Last admission to our attractions is 45 minutes before session end time. Please arrive early if you plan to visit multiple attractions.
• Redeemed tickets are valid for single-day use at Science Centre Singapore during its normal operating hours; not valid for special events or separately ticketed events.
• This voucher and/or the redeemed ticket(s) is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion.
• Admission is subject to Science Centre Singapore (and its attractions) is subject to the full Terms & Conditions listed online & displayed at its ticketing counters.
• Science Centre Singapore reserves the right to reject vouchers/redeemed tickets that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced, or otherwise tampered with.
• Science Centre Singapore reserves the right to amend, delete and/or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
• Accessible parking lots for visitors displaying the Class 1 or Class 2 car labels for persons with physical disabilities.
• Respect the exhibits: Follow the instructions provided to interact with the exhibits.
• Listen to the staff: Pay attention to instructions and guidance given by Science Centre staff members. They are there to ensure your safety and enhance your experience.
• Keep the galleries clean: Dispose of trash in designated bins and help maintain the cleanliness of the galleries. This includes not eating inside the galleries.
• Supervise children: If you are visiting with children, ensure they are well-behaved and closely supervised to prevent any accidental damage.
• Be patient in crowded areas: If it's crowded, be patient and allow others to view the exhibits before moving on.
• Respect cultural differences: Be aware of cultural norms and differences between visitors from different countries and treat everyone with respect.
• Enjoy the experience: Take your time to fully appreciate the exhibits and enjoy the educational opportunities provided by the Science Centre.
