Important things to note: 

  • Ticket valid 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • Everyone entering the park must sign the liability release waiver. Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian.
  • An adult must accompany all children under 13 years old
  • Annual Pass / Day passes are required to enter the park
  • Langkawi Marine Park reserves the right to conduct bag checks at the entrance of the park to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests
  • Sharp objects, dangerous weapons, and knives are not allowed in the park
  • Fishing at Fun Fishing Safari only
  • By entering the park, you give permission to us to photograph and/or take video footage for any purpose without payment.
  • Approved life jackets or wetsuits must be worn at all times while on docks in the water.
  • Lifeguards on duty in designated swimming areas only. Follow the lifeguards' instructions at all times.
  • Ensure all safety gear is used properly. Strictly follow instructions to ensure safety at all times.
  • Sand or stone throwing and other potentially dangerous behaviors are not permitted.
  • Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband / Stamp upon re-entry at the entrance.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
  • Please note: Sea walking activity temporarily close until further notice.
Refund & Cancelation

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations received upon confirmation by email, shall not be entitled to any refunds provided. Please note that all booking(s) are Non-Refundable upon confirmation of payment. If you fail to arrive or cancel the booking, no refund will be given, however, you may choose to transfer to another party by informing us at book@reservedaily.com.Failure to arrive at your venue/hotel/activity/tour will be deemed as a no-show and there shall not be any refunds being provided unless specified in the confirmation email. Refund Policy
Please be aware that this is a non-refundable booking unless specified otherwise, however, we will try to reach out to the property for a refund due to proven emergency situations. To request a refund, please or call us/ WhatsApp us at +60135333353. Please note that all refunds, if there are any shall take approximately 7-14 working days by the respective banks. Reservedaily is committed to ensuring you a swift refund process should there be any emergency situations. However please note that this is on a case-by-case basis and that failing to cancel your reservation prior to the due date noted on your confirmation may result in 100% penalty at the cost of booking(s) total amount. A Refund Processing Fee of 3% will be deducted from the total amount. If the refund requested is less than 7 days prior to the booking date, a Refund Processing Fee of 10% will be deducted from the total amount.
