Please be aware that this is a non-refundable booking unless specified otherwise, however, we will try to reach out to the property for a refund due to proven emergency situations. Reservedaily is committed to ensuring you a swift refund process should there be any emergency situations. However please note that this is on a case-by-case basis and that failing to cancel your reservation prior to the due date noted on your confirmation may result in 100% penalty at the cost of booking(s) total amount. A Refund Processing Fee of 3% will be deducted from the total amount. If the refund requested is less than 7 days prior to the booking date, a Refund Processing Fee of 10% will be deducted from the total amount.
