Terms & Conditions

• The ticket is valid only on the selected date (and time if applicable).
• Inclusive of Admission to BEAT Active All Zones, All-day fun (10 AM to 9 PM) with unique and innovative activities in 4 zones up to 55 activities, Storage Locker and Basic equipment for some activities, i.e., Ice cosmic skating shoes and safety gear. 
• Not Inclusive Of Compulsory BEAT Active Grip Socks: 70 THB per pair and Professional sport equipment.
• BEAT Active Grip Socks are compulsory for some activities for safety. Non-BEAT active socks are not allowed.
• Grip socks are mandatory.
• Kids under 8 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 years and above) with an extra ticket (sold separately).
• Expectant mother, heart condition or abnormal blood pressure, medical sensitivity and back & neck physical condition is his/her own responsibility for health safety.
• We recommend wearing athletic wear or a gym outfit for optimum fun and comfort.
• Covered sports shoes are required for the climbing zone and skate zone.
• We recommended emptying your pockets entirely. Please keep your belongings in the locker provided.
• All electronics, mobile devices, and other handheld objects are not allowed on the trampoline mats and padding.
• Tickets and wristbands issued or purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable, not for resale or upgrade.
• Proof of birth date may be required upon check-in (babies below 1, children below 8 years old, adults, and guardians aged 18 and above)
• All game rules and safe management measures must be adhered to at all times.
• The company reserves the right to change conditions without notice.
