Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa by Bus with Trek to Cat Cat Village (L, D)
- 6.00 am – 6.30 am: We pick up at hotels in the Old Quarter area or meet you at the agreed meeting point and depart to Lao Cai province. When the bus moves far from Hanoi center, you will see the countryside’s images along the road of villages, and rice fields. It is interesting to see the change of views in the route. We have 2 stops for rest on the way.
- 1.30 pm: Arrive in Sapa and enjoy traditional costumes worn by the H’mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic people. Wait at the bus station for the tour guide and driver to pick you up and take you to the hotel. There will be a welcome drink at the hotel and an itinerary overview. Then you enjoy lunch with local Vietnamese dishes and complete the check-in process.
- 2.30 pm: Take a short walk to the gate of Cat Cat Village, home to the Black Hmong ethnic people. The village is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station, stop for photos with the bridge and waterfall, and then walk up the hill to meet the bus, which will take you back to Sapa in the afternoon. The trek is about 2.5km and lasts for 2 hours.
- 5.00 pm: Return to Sapa Town, have dinner, and spend the night in a hotel with night activities.

Day 2: Fansipan – Hanoi (B, L)- Have breakfast at the hotel and check out. Luggage can be kept in the hotel lobby area.
- 8.30 am: After breakfast, our driver will take you to the Cable Car Station. Spend 20 minutes enjoying the spectacular scenery view from the cable car.
- Reach an altitude of 2800 meters, and take in the view, visit the pagoda, a spiritual destination, and hike up 600 steps to reach the peak of Fansipan – the Roof of Indochina. You spend about 1.5 hours hiking and taking photos yourselves.
- 12.00 pm: Return to the Cable Car Station and go back to Sapa town. You have lunch at a local restaurant and then relax and enjoy yourself, and if you want, take a shower in the hotel’s public bathroom.
- 2.45 pm – 3.00 pm: Meet with all the group members at the hotel to prepare for departure to Hanoi.
