2-Day Truly Experience All Ninh Binh Attractions From Hanoi
DAY 1: HANOI – HOA LU ANCIENT CAPITAL – TAM COC BOAT – MUA CAVE (L, D)
- 7.30 am – 8.00 am: We pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter and depart for Ninh Binh, enjoying the beautiful scenery of the rural area on the way.
- 10.30 am: We now visit Hoa Lu – the Ancient Royal capital of Vietnam. We will visit Dinh King temple and Le King temple, in the 10th century, and find out the heroic histories of these two Kings in the Chinese Wars. After that, we go to Tam Coc (10 km away from Hoa Lu), and we will visit one famous site – Mua Cave (Mua viewpoint). Walking up almost 500 steps, you can reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain and have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here.
- 12.30 pm: Have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, you will get on a bamboo boat – rowed by the local people – in Hoang Long River to visit Tam Coc (three caves) on the way. You pass through three enormous caves that provide a brief respite from the intense summer sun. It takes approximately two hours to go up and down the river and along the way, you witness local fisherfolk, village life along the river, and of course, the striking limestone karst formations that Tam Coc is famous for.
- 4.30 pm: Check-in accommodation and rest.
- 6.30 pm: Have dinner. Free at night. Overnight at a hotel in Tam Coc.
DAY 2: BAI DINH PAGODA – TRANG AN ECO-TOURISM – HANOI (B, L)
- 7.00 am: Have breakfast and free time for you to explore the countryside atmosphere.
- 10.00 am: The car pick you up from the hotel and transfers you to Bai Dinh Pagoda. Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda – the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, and the biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam at 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight. You will visit Bai Dinh pagoda.
- 12.30 pm: Have lunch in a local restaurant with some local special dishes such as goat meat with elderberry, and pork storage vessel before we visit Trang An.
- 1.30 pm: Depart to visit Trang An Eco-Tourism attraction, there is a beautiful scenery landscape, you will board a small boat to visit Trang An, and you will see majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious yet inviting caves, as well as countryside sights, like peaceful streams, rice paddies, and deserted green fields. Take a boat trip to visit the cave complex and temples in mystery and wildness, and see the scenery of mountains and rivers Ha Long on the land of Ninh Binh.
- 4.00 pm – 4.30 pm: Get on the bus and come back to Hanoi.
- 6.30 pm – 7.00 pm: Arrival in Hanoi. Tour ends. See you next time!
